I ordered flowers for someone for before Mothers Day through Bloomex, not only were they a day late getting to them, they were completely ruined on arrival. Two full bouquets could not be saved. I have called, emailed and chatted online and no one has done anything or got back to me. It was a complete embarrassment for something that was supposed to be special. I'm still waiting for something to be done.

Very pretty flowers but not what I ordered. I had ordered snapdragons in a mason jar for my mom and aunt. They both have cats which is why I ordered snapdragons (they're non toxic to cats). My mom received one snapdragon (which was a bit crumpled) with her flowers and no mason jar. My aunt received no snapdragons. They both received the card with custom message and the chocolates. Deliveries were on time (9am-noon).Very pretty flowers and they both loved them but now they have to keep them in a closed bathroom so they don't risk poisoning their cats.

I always used this service but today, the site kept deleting my shopping cart over 6 times and when it finally went through allowed me to pick today for 6pm delivery and the cart was again emptied and I no longer can make a delivery to send my wife flowers for this evening. Never again will I use this service. I will now be using Safeway as my primary flower service delivery

Very poor quality - sent some tulips to my mother (paid for a double upgrade to the supersize version) and they sent her flowers that were almost dead. Well past their prime and will not even stand up. For $60 this is a pretty big disgrace considering you can buy this bunch of tulips at superstore for $4.99I will not be using Bloomex again as this is the not the first time I’ve had issues - just the first time I’ve decided to post a review. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere if you are planning on sending flowers to someone.

This company is incredible! The recipients of the flowers I sent couldn't stop raving about their beauty - the most gorgeous colours and generous bouquets they've ever received. Not to mention the exceptional customer service. I'll never go anywhere else for my flower needs!
