The cakes are more unique than other patisseries, but it's a shame they lack flavour and taste like sweet cardboard. If they keep improving, maybe these will taste better in a few years.

Wonderful cakes and service. I love the wide variety of cake designs they have, and their wonderful scones. I enjoy their seasonal mini-cakes too! So delightful.I got the mango ice cream cake for my birthday and I was really impressed by how it turned out. Check out the photos below (taken with my DSLR camera).

Terrible place, cakes are decent but very overpriced. Main point to bring up, if you are ethical I would not support this place. They treat part timers like trash and don’t pay us properly, throughout my time working here you get talked down on constantly despite lack of training and they do this to multiple part timers. Other people have the same experience on Glassdoor. Would not recommend supporting this business, also they never issue refunds. So when buying a cake make sure it’s the cake you want cause they will not offer you a refund. Also the plastic holder for the mini cakes that you have there are all reused. They said they want to cut costs so they reuse those for most of the high tea sets/mini cakes. You’re better off going to daan go, Duo patisserie, manzou bakery or lala bake shop. They’re all Asian owned, with great prices and amazing cakes.

Always a delight with anything produced from here. Beautifully crafted with the best ingredients and made to perfection (no, I wasn’t sponsored). A bit pricey compared to other similar places but well worth the extra attention and refinement in your dessert.

This shop offers exquisitely crafted cakes and pastries that are as delicious as they are visually stunning and crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The shop's décor is simple yet elegant, and the staff is friendly. Nonetheless, the prices are relatively steep at the area.

Nice patisserie shop. Not too many options, but each item has good quality. I love their cake, the taste is fresh, a bit light and not too sweet. Price not cheap, but acceptable.

We ordered a Guava Pear Jasmine cake today to celebrate my husband and my son's birthday. However the cake has been frozen we could taste the frozen pear and the sponge cake is not fresh. It is hardened in texture like it has been put in the fridge for a few days. The price with such quality is totally disappointing!!!

We have been coming here for cakes for years. Yesterday was the first time I tried their ice creams and it was absolutely delicious. We tried the pistachio and pineapple dairy free ice cream. Personally, I think their macarons are better than Daan Go as well. My favorite cake is their jasmine, pear and guava one. It's amazing! Their cake prices are on the higher end, but I think they are worth it.

Don't order cake from Ruelo!I ordered a 5 strawberry ice cream for my daughter's birthday on Thurs night for pick up on Sat at 11:15am. I went to pick it up on Saturday at noon. They told me they don't have that cake in stock. I told her I got an confirmation email. They told me that 5" strawberry ice cream cake has been out of stock for a long time and asked me to pick another cake. How could that happen if they already confirmed my online order?!!! I ended up paying another $14 to get a (bigger size) 7" strawberry ice cream cake from them because my daughter really wanted a strawberry ice cream cake and I was worried I couldn't find another one for her without pre ordering it.The worst part is they did not apologize nor give me any discount for the larger cake. I was too shocked when she told me they don't have the cake I ordered despite having confirmed the order.I have ordered cakes from them previously
