Fountain Tire

Me and my wife came here to get our winter tires swapped over. However when we came to pick up the vehicle they charged an extra $64 because they are were run flat tires and they need special equipment to do the change over (tires were not on rims). They also did not mention this when we dropped off the vehicle. This is the first time I have every heard of this and the first time I have ever been charged any extra. Both Costco and kal-tire do not charge this fee and both places are considerably cheaper for this service (nearly half price) sorry fountain tire but $280 after taxes to get a simple tire change over is ridiculous. Next time we will drive the extra distance and go to kal-tire. I will never use fountain again for any work.UPDATE: emailed fountain tire as per the reply to this review and they have yet to respond, not really surprised but I thought I would update the review to add to the lack of customer service.

Found out the morning before work, that my tire had a nail stuck. They answered the phone 10 minutes before opening time. Fixed it in a reasonable amount of time and I was then happily able to continue on my life.Thanks!

The staff is amazing and nice, especially Darren, very honest staff, i went to a few different tire places and dealership to get a tire replaced/fixed and the staff were super quick, they helped me right away and didn’t upcharge me on a lot of stuff i was told i needed. 1000% recommend coming to this location

Most of us don't think about the tires on the car until they go Flat!Well. . . . THIS Place has Always been ready to Help!Costco would not even talk with me for 3 days!These guys had new tires on the car, and I was on my way in less than 2 hours! I was impressed with how quickly my flat tire was fixed. The job was done nicely and with great attention to detail. The tools and spare tire were placed back into the storage compartment.

Parma talked to me on the phone and scheduled me for the next morning. They were quite busy but seemed to help everyone quite quickly. I had four new tires installed and I was only there about two hours. Parma gave excellent Customer Service. I will be back!

Had a flat tire on my way home, thankfully I was near this shop. Theytook me in right away and fixed me up. The staff were helpful and quick.
