Some really great instructors here! Variety of flow styles and class dynamics all delivered in a friendly, inclusive vibe. Good pricing too. Have been going here for more than 5 years - highly recommend to check it out!

Wide variation of instructors and classes. There will be one for your personality type! If you like to be pushed or like to go at your own pace, there is an instructor to motivate you! Michelle and Dino both highly recommended! Also I like there is a non heated room with a perinatal trained instructor for modifications if you are pregnant. The two studios at the Mississauga branch are small, so come early to get your spot in the class! Only wish the rooms were bigger, but the place is very clean and non-intimidating.

I've always felt welcomed in this studio, and became hooked on yoga after my first class there. I have been practicing here for years, and love the community aspect of the studio. The classes are fun and challenging and everyone is friendly. A great place for beginners and advanced yogis!

This studio feels like it's own little family. The space is smaller so you get a bit more attention from the instructors, too.

Has been my favourite studio for the past 8 years. Amazing, relaxed atmosphere, great instructors. The owner is awesome!!! Thank you Michelle for running this great studio at very competitive pricing ☺

Great sense of community. The regulars are inspiring and approachable. This instructors are knowledgeable and provide great hands on correction. Come early to secure your spot.

I cannot believe so much talking goes on during class time, whether it be about celebrities or what people are doing on weekends!!!! Incredible. I wanted silence but during class Saturday morning so much talking goes on. Everyone seems to know each other and each other's business and makes us newcomers feel not only disturbed but left out . Yoga should be about silence and meditation and about having zen. The session was like a gossip magazine editor room! I had a gift certificate and had to use the classes but felt very discouraged to return because of this.

It's like crossfit yoga. Was looking forward to real yoga but didnt realize it would be a yoga-fit class. After a few days of classes decided not to go back. Convenient location but not what I was looking for
