Core Kinesis Physiotherapy
Christina is hands down one of the best physios I have ever been to (and I have been to many over the years). She’s extremely knowledgeable, kind, and she provides wonderful care. I have seen her many times for IMS along with other forms of treatments and she is truly the best! I highly recommend her. The administration staff are also lovely too.

Core Kinesis Physiotherapy
I'm incredibly grateful for the help I've received so far from Heather. When I came in recently for my first consultation session, I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain. I was stunned by how much relief I had after just that one 30 minute session. She managed to squeeze me in just two days later to follow up, and at that point I was already feeling that things had improved by about 70% compared to the previous session. I've only had those two visits so far, but I have so so much gratitude for the relief. Thank you Heather! Additionally, I really enjoyed and appreciated the overall atmosphere in the clinic. Beth, the lovely person working at the front desk was both helpful and friendly. I will definitely be recommending Core Kinesis to friends and family (and already have).

Core Kinesis Physiotherapy
My experience with Christina and Core Kinesis has been wonderful. Core is well organized and their booking system is straightforward. All of the staff are always positive and welcoming. Christina has been helping me with all sorts of issues. She was able to clear up my intense migraines and also get me out running again. I can't thank her enough for all that she has helped me with. Her kindness, positivity and knowledge is why I don't go anywhere else.

Very professional and they know what they do. I had several injuries due to car accident and did physio for almost a year with one of the physiotherapist who works there. She was awesome knowing what the source of my pains would be and work on them. My body and muscles are way stronger than before accident now just because of right treatment and workouts.

I had seen other physios before, but Christina Brownlow is the best from my experience. I started seeing her with minor muscle pain on my shoulder, just one time I felt much much better and other 2 times the pain was totally gone.Like other reviewers mentioned she does listens to your story and finds the root cause and gradually resolving the issues; eventually the issues will be resolved by her amazing work!!!The part I really like her is that her theory is different than others, the PTs in Core do not reply on any equipment; like she said to me you don't need to spend 20mins here using machines

If you are in the given birth and no longer being able to hold your bladder club, Nicole is such a gifted Physio. She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, warm, kind, patient, listens incredibly well. Nicole ensures I am understanding and doing the exercises she is teaching me with such patience and precision. I had honestly pretty much given up hope until I met Nicole. In just three sessions, I have seen a massive difference. Thank you Nicole!

Had a pelvis health visit with Nicole and it was a great session. I have been to many pelvis floor PT in the past and Nicole is by far my favorite. She was thorough with her examination and explained everything. I received specific home exercises to improve and rebalance my core and muscles engagement. Already feeling the difference.

I love my weekly Pilates Sessions with Christina Brownlow! She personalizes each set of exercises for me and is with me one-on-one our whole session, teaching me new things and encouraging me. The studio has all brand new equipment, is clean and open. Booking sessions is super easy to book online and direct billing to pacific blue cross is great! Highly Recommend!

I get my treatment in this place with Christina who is absolutely an amazing physiotherapist. She knows what she is doing and she has an awesome personality. I never regret driving from far to have my treatment with Christina.

This place should charge by the minute instead for half an hour or 1. I arrived for my appointment on time and I was called in for my appointment a little later than 5 mins after my schedule. Despite stating the problem clearly to the physiotherapist, she just brushed off saying that an RMT would be the best solution. My exact experience was it felt like somebody who watched a YouTube video on physiotherapy 101 and did my physio. Best part is they ended my massage 10 mins early. Highly not recommended.
