Elle Medi Spa-Dr. Charles Duffy MD, (EM)

I've been going to Elle Medi Spa for years now and highly recommend it. They offer a number of services and techniques that are effective and cutting edge (without the cutting!) Doctor Duffy, Linda and their warm, welcoming, highly skilled staff are just a delight.

Great atmosphere and professional and caring staff and Dr Duffy is knowledgeable and pleasant. Great place to take some time and do something nice for yourself.

Had a great experience in January 2022 with dr Duffy. I was scheduled for a followup appointment in august of 2022 with a “date tbd”. I contacted the salon about this appointment and they said they have no record of this, and I asked to book a new appointment, though I never got a response. In March of 2023, I decided to give the business another chance and book another service. A few weeks prior to the scheduled booking time, I was contacted by an email on iMessage stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to an emergency meeting. This is understandable as things come up. I was happy to rebook to another day, however I once again received no response from the iMessage email despite emailing them twice. I then attempted to call the office on different days over the course of few weeks, I left a voice mail as well but never heard back. As I saw the business was active on their instagram account, I decided to give yet another attempt to reach out via DM, with no response. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication or willingness to honor clients appointments, especially with services with such high monetary value. I was very pleased with my first service and looking forward to having the procedure done again, but it has been very clear that my business is not wanted or valued so I will have to seek other professionals in the area. Unfortunate!
