As always great food and amazing service. Ben was our serve and he did an amazing job, food came out quick and delicious. This is mine and my wife’s favourite location. Thank you Ben for making the experience pleasant as always.

Had a great time at this East Side Mario’s near Dixie and Dundas. Loved the Chicken Parmigiana I had today. Our server’s name was Kathy and she made sure we had everything we need.

Love the food! Our server Ben was fantastic, above excellent! Very fast service and a great atmosphere. Definitely would recommend this place!

Went here with a party of 5 adults for lunch. We all ordered entrees with the exception of my mom and she ordered from the lunch menu. The entrees include all you can eat salad and soup. The entrees were decent size and we were all full, and had extras to take home. The salads, which are either garden or ceasar came in huge bowls as were the soups, which are either tomato or Italian wedding. Overall, I felt the prices were good as the entrees included the all you can eat sides. Our waiter was on point, she checked on us and asked if we needed anything often. We went there to celebrate my birthday, about 20 people, the food was great, but the service was horrible. Everything was very, very slow, and the restaurant wasn’t busy. The server didn’t get us any refills I had to ask for it more then one time. We finished eating, and the she did not even bother to take the empty dishes. I had to ask her 3 times, and I started doing it myself as I brought a cake and we were supposed to have it after dinner, and the restaurant was about to close. Also they didn’t put any cheese in our Caesar salad. After that, It took 1 hour for us to get the bill! 1 hour!!! Because it was 8 separate bills, and she said it was a lot. I don’t recommend it. I read some reviews saying that they’re slow, but no, this is the slowest place that I ever went.

Loved the food! Amazing quality and service. Renee was so sweet and was so helpful. She kept on giving us salad refills. She is so enthusiastic and once again top tier service.

Nice clean restaurant and friendly staff. The food is pretty good for a chain. For anyone that is familiar with the American chain Olive Garden, the quality is pretty comparable. I did find it odd that entrance was no where near the parking lot and faced the “street” leading into the shopping center.

Renee served us. It was an okay experience. She was polite, kind, professional & friendly. Service was a bit slow. Loved the all you can enjoy soup & salad. Soup was a bit on the salty side though. Affordable casual dining.

Excellent location for families. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our server Kathy was went above and beyond especially with our 3 year old. Food is very tasty, prices are excellent and portions are huge. Definitely a favorite location for us.
