Our battery “coincidentally” didn’t work after getting new tires put on. Never mind the fact that they left our lights on, it was our batteries fault and we needed a new one. As far as I’ve always known, when you leave a vehicle somewhere, you should get it back in the same condition you left it. I am tired of these places trying to rip people off. Will never recommend or go back.

Welcomed warmly. Got me in without an appointment on a fully booked Saturday. Tire had a slow leak and they found another hole and patched it as well. Took vehicle in at opening and had it back by noon. Best customer service for auto services, even gave my granddaughter a little activity book and crayons. They respect the needs of all their customers no matter their age.

I have made multiple tire purchases in addition to having multiple vehicle repairs from minor to major work and every time I am treated with professional service, exceptional value and I would recommend this shop for ALL your vehicles needs. Great customer service, polite and easy to converse with. I bought new tires and had them installed (along with rotating 2 other tires) and the job was completed quickly and properly. Was told it would be approx 1 hr, and it was. Recommended.

They only do work if you have an appointment. Was asked to have an appointment or wait two days to get a leaky tire patched. Went somewhere more reliable.

* The online booking on their website is awesome. It allows me to book whenever, without having to sneak away from work to use the phone. And Jason responds quickly via email to confirm my appointment and address any other issues my car was having. Once I dropped off my car, the staff was friendly and informative. Any work on my car was done within a timely manner. Overall a very great experience with Fountain Tire (specifically the Vic East location) and I would highly recommend it.* The work was done quickly and efficiently, and any other issues my car had was addressed. They explained any possible issues my car had, and had recommendations on how to fix it. It was great!

They squeezed me in quick right before Xmas then my batteries died in their parking lot and Stuart drug out the battery booster scrounged together some cords and got it running for me in -30
