Great experience, from top to bottom. Not only that, they were the most cost effective out of the 3-4 quotes I got from other places.I needed to re-key couple locks, or perhaps change both to a stronger lock, and needed advice. I had tons of questions and called back a few times whenever a new question popped into mind. Paul patiently and in a friendly, non condescending manner, explained everything to me.The actual job itself was a breeze as well. The locksmith that was dispatched arrived early (before I got home!), finished the job, stuck around for us to test everything, answered more questions from me, and accepted credit card as well.No issues throughout the whole experience. Very happy and would definitely recommend you give these guys a call.
