Our terminal broke and contacted the company right away. The staff helped me today was very helpful. He found the solution for us to do credit card transaction right away so we can process payment before the new part arrive. The only worry is the same problem happened twice with same machine. I'm very concerned the quality of the terminal. Thank you.

Waleed and Paystone have been great to work with. A few bugs in the beginning but working great now. Only downside is that money doesn’t get deposited on the weekends and I have to wait until Monday for money from Friday thru Sunday

The analytics feature is great! The only issue i have is the delay in bank remittance during the weekend or holiday. Transfers and Payments are credited to the bank the next business day following a weekend or holiday which could be a challenge for businesses just starting or for small businesses.

I closed my account as business was sold and 8 months later they are still debiting my account. I have contacted them several times with no response. They have now taken me to collections because I had to stop payment on account. I have received emails telling me the account is closed. They clearly don’t communicate between departments. They owe me over $300.00 yet their accounting department still sends emails to wrong email address and says I owe them $58.00 ?? Frustrating beyond belief. Stay away from paystone. You have lots of good alternatives

Not a great experience, no dedicated support, constantly shuffled from one to the other, and not integrated with our POS system which is one of the major ones. Gift cards could be sold without taking payment, no options to secure. We didn't see it through the first week. They were happy to close the account with no issues, so I appreciated that part, but overall not a smooth process and constantly searching for communication and information.
