The team is very kind and supportive, a very good management and team atmosphere. As it is a very big company there are some things that are lacking in terms of communication, but overall a good work experience in a healthy environment.

poorly trained call center employees. I was contacted by this call center for a service that was discontinued. The caller Oscar" claimed to be with the service provider at first then backtracked when I stated that the service was cancelled and that these phone calls are considered harassment. Then they refused to give me a phone number or to transfer me to a manager or supervisor
