I have never seen a dirtier fast food place in my life. As I waited 12 minutes for my 3 drinks as the staff only tended to the drive thru I watched how dirty the kitchen, prep counters and floor was. If I had food ordered I would have cancelled. There was over 20 flies all around the kitchen. Health inspector needs to come check this out.

Some places need to be able to perform well under pressure to be able to stay as busy as this place. Unfortunately with a name like Tim Hortons it is able to slither buy on reputation alone. I have nothing good to say about this Tim Hortons other then a few good people who can't even carry this place. The wait for food is beyond acceptable, coffee is notorious for being burnt or just plain made wrong doesn't matter if you are in the mid day rush or only person in line.

Great place for a cottage getaway with your family. The lake is calm and beautiful. Lots of things to do for adults and for the kids.

We went through the drive through on our mobility scooters. Fantastic service and so nice to not have to try to go into the restaurant with our mobility issues.

Over the course of time I have complained about these people not filling coffees up, you pay for an extra large but you get a large here's the proof. The manager has made many excuses for the staff but these ones were made by manager. I don't have this problem and Bobcaygeon or other Tim Hortons.

1⭐️ Is WAY too generous. I would do no stars if I could.READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE GOING HERE: We were on our way to the cottage and needed to grab a quick dinner. Went in, to order food to go. It is very dirty in there. Tables are in disarray, all garbages were full, bathrooms are disgusting, flies EVERYWHERE. The food is definitely not being marked and thrown out at its proper times.. I ordered a sandwich meal. The very unprofessional children got my entire order wrong and then, when I was eating it in the car, the cream cheese tasted old and the bread was completely doughy and undercooked. The doughnuts tasted old and hard. (Ended up throwing half of the whole meals out and, of course, STILL ate just enough to get food poisoning…) Unless you for some reason enjoy food poisoning, avoid this location! Corporate should come in and recalibrate the entire horrible operation..

literally the slowest and dumbest workers ever. 20 minutes in drive thru MINIMUM and rude grumpy old ladies, specifically Susan, are disgustingly rude and make you seem like an inconvenience. i see more people walk out of here for awful wait times then anything else. worst. tim’s.

I have been stopping at this tim Hortons almost every weekend for the past 10 years and I have never been given the service like I was given today! I am beyond disappointed. I ordered 2 coffees, a tea, apple juice and half a dozen donuts and the gentlemen that served me was beyond rude and made me put my own coffees into a tray that was thrown at the counter for me and then stood there staring at me as if he's like why aren't you here picking your donuts! Then once I said 1 of this kind he's like you only want one of them" yes I only want one and the discussed look I was given was beyond me. I hope to never be served by him again as his customer service skills are clearly not for tim Hortons! I get you get busy but really? Not like there was a massive line up either!"
