FloorRight recently replaced the common area flooring throughout our 3 story, 59 unit condominium complex. As a condo board member involved in this process, I can attest that the project was conducted seamlessly by FloorRight from start to finish – beginning with their expertise & recommendations on flooring selection through to their efficient & flawless installation.Throughout the process, all FloorRight employees involved - from the owner to the installer - conducted themselves with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.Many years ago I was touring a Lethbridge showhome and admired the flooring - the builder stated it was installed by FloorRight, ‘the only company he would ever use’! The statement resonated with me. Since that time, FloorRight has replaced the flooring in my own condo unit, as well as throughout the common areas of our complex. They can be trusted to consistently work to a very high standard and clearly value customer satisfaction. To reiterate the words of the showhome builder – they are now the only company that ‘I’ would ever use!

We went into FloorRight looking for new flooring for our kitchen renovation and ended up purchasing the backsplash tile and choosing to have them install both the flooring and the tile as well, which was the right choice. Habib was great to work with, he went above and beyond trying to find us the perfect flooring for our old uneven floors and we love them. The installers were both great, both named Mike, and we were very impressed with their quality of service. They were punctual and friendly, did not make large messes for me to clean up afterwards, and the end product is exactly what I wanted. We will definitely be going back for new carpet install in the bedrooms.

Great service. Spent lots of time telling the pro's & con's of each sample. Helped is make a very informative choice of flooring and the back splash.

We had a really great experience having our floor installed with FloorRight. Dean was very helpful in helping us select samples when we visited the store and not salesy at all, and the quote we received was very competitive... much less than we expected to spend! Brent did a fantastic job in our home from removing our old floor through to the finishing touches. When a few planks didn't settle correctly, he was able to fix them perfectly on another visit. We'll definitely be using them again for any future floors we update!

Purchased vinyl from Dean and installed ourselves in the living room - so pleased with it we had them install on our stairs. Great quality, and friendly, timely service - totally happy with the entire experience.

The entire team at Floor right are complete professionals! Starting with Dean who took the time to explain different carpet options, styles and materials in a completely non-salesy way. Kellie went beyond and above to help us with everything - she helped us make the best choices for our home and it couldn’t have turned out any better! She made the stressful task of picking out selections so fun an exciting. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this company they are all amazing !

Wow talk about outstanding service.Finally chose Floor right after going to several different places and the service was top notch from the 1st visit to the last visit. Communication between us was flawless and the installation went as planned.And to top it off, after sales service, really who does that anymore, you buy something major and hardly ever if never you don't hear from the sales or company again, not here, Floor right called, set up an appointment to visit my home after the installation and followed throught with exceptional service.Way to go Floor Right, other businesses could learn from your practices.
