Very bad experience. My son attended this club for two years and he got zero progress. I always tried to get feedback from managers and instructors and they always pointed to each other so for me it was always a mystery how my son is doing there. Now I find out after the assessment that my son was taught wrongly how to handle a racquet in hands. Avoid this club, just waste of money.

There's no running water in the building so toilet is across the parking lot in the park office. The people who play tennis here are good people looking to play tennis. Very open and welcoming atmosphere with people who have fun playing tennis.

Washrooms are in another building across the parking lot (brrrr!) & change-rooms barely capable of holding 6 people. No showers. Courts are an affordable $20 & $24 per hour. Relatively inexpensive yearly winter membership compared to other indoor facilities, so, you’re really getting what your paying for (decent indoor tennis courts that are adequately lit).Group lesson clinics are limited in usefulness depending on your level. Private instruction available for about $75/hour including court fee - it’s hit/miss depending on the instructor you’re assigned and the results you can achieve. I don’t recommend any lessons at this club. The instructors are seemingly selling lessons & clinics while purposely pushing your NTRP ratings down to undermine your own self-confidence. Furthermore, with exception to the head instructor and his girlfriend, the instructors never return the next winter to support continuity with your technique development.Friendly counter staff! Plenty of free parking. A bit out of reach via TTC but it is still feasible. Beware: booking a court usually requires one week advance and you may have to go online at 7:15-7:30am to get it!

Courts are in ok shape. It's nice you can play indoors in the winter without a membership. Facilities are very basic, you have to cross the parking lot to use the washroom.

I was there for a few years, generally very rude and unaccommodating management. Locker rooms were gross and not clean. Overall I think you can find much better in the city.

I am writing because of the parking lot and not the tennis. Unfortunately in the summer is difficult to find parking because of people staying there and playing cards or other type of games. They occupied half of that parking lot and when soccer games are on and tennis player are there to enjoy, it is stressful to park. The city is not doing anything unfortunately which they should do more and enforce more the law. It is very upsetting

Friendly staff, friendly players, great surface. This was my first time playing tennis in a while and I couldn't have picked a better spot. The facility's pretty busy, but even as a non-member, you can usually snag a court without having to perform radical surgery on your schedule. At least the men's changeroom was clean; I was too lazy to self-identify so I can check out the women's changeroom, so we'll assume it was identical. The lockers are in great shape (which is not a given). The bathrooms are located in another building, which may cost you a few minutes of playing time. If you are a regular, it's worth becoming a member come fall and if you're not, it's still a great location to let off a bit of steam.

Nice place to take a walk with the family and children and grandparents. A little something for everyone. You can walk, play games on the field, watch tons of bords and flocks of geese. There are tennis courts there and places to see and watch the ducks in the pond. Some people even go rhere to go fishing.

I was very disappointed with how rude the staff was. As a “high-end” tennis club, there’s lots that need to be improved in terms of customer service. Their employees lack basic manners and respect, and for that reason that’s not a place I would recommend. I personally love playing tennis and think this could’ve been a good alternative to play during the winter; however, I’d rather go somewhere that would treat their customers well and with respect, especially in this type of business (since tennis is such a polite sport in general).

Lovely pond and park. Toilets open for public during winter. It's a shame the office is not open on Saturday for me to sign up though
