Very friendly professional staff, so easy to deal with, would have no hesitation to recommend Pureways .They done a great job at a great price, we were very happy with the finished soffit on my large porch roof.

UPDATE:My invoice for the gutter installation shows that Pureways is at UNIT B - 1771 HARVEY AVENUE , KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA , V1Y 6G4. Currently Google Maps indicates that this business is actually Scrubs and Pureways is no where to be found. So much for a 20 year warranty._______We had Pureways install gutters along the front of our house in October 2020. For the original work, Pureways was responsive and efficient. The work looked good. However, the gutter has now buckled in the centre and needs to be repaired. Our contract with Pureways indicates that we have a 20 year warranty on material and workmanship (no restrictions).I have tried to contact Pureways numerous times by email. Their office is closed, so it is not currently possible to reach someone in person. So far, Pureways has provided nothing further than an auto-generated response to my email.My take from this is that Pureways is ready to take your money for the work to be done, but no where to be found if warrantee work needs to be done. They do not seem to stand behind their product or work.Buyer Beware.

Straight up professionalism and value. The hardworking Pureway crew was courteous and knowledgeable and repaired my gutter and downspout system to optimum condition. They arrived prepared and left when the job was done right. Totally satisfied and I highly recommend them.

Gutter issue for us also and no one is calling us back or returning emails....so much for the warranty, trying to stay safe and not have to climb on the roof to clean the gutters.I am sure they are out of buisness but maybe...just maybe if the old owner reads this they will have the courtesy to simply return service requests and emails to their old customers.

We used Pureways based in Victoria BC. We had them treat two of our roofs for moss and for moss prevention. We were attracted by the advertised 5 year warranty and professionalism exhibited by their rep... Unfortunately they did not perform as advertised. Some moss was irradicated but has returned with a vengeance. In applying their product they damaged the paint on a number of sides of both structures. When contacted they assured us they would return and look/rectify the problem. None of this happened and in fact they do not return our contact requests. This appears to have been a SCAM!!!!

Friendly and prompt service to set up my appointment for gutter cleaning and moss removal. Was able to get same week appt which was great. Prices were quite fair as well. Workers did a good job! Cleaned up after themselves too! I recommend Pureways!

We've been using Pureways for 3 consecutive years now and we are very pleased with their service quality. Nour and his team service our lakefront property in lake country on a twice per year basis. They power wash our driveway, remove all of the spiderwebs, and clean our windows and glass railings. They always show up clean, presentable and full of positive energy which I am very fond off.I am happy to recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional and reliable company long term.

We had gutter guards installed in the spring of 2020. Pureways was very responsive in securing the work and getting the work done. Shortly after we stared getting water leaking back into our fascia and contacted them to fix it. Nour, their service manager acknowledged it was caused by the gutter guards and that they would come and fix it. This was 10 months ago. Repeated emails to them have been unanswered as well as voicemails left for them not returned. I would warn against using Pureways.
