I honestly used to love LL Bean and get a lot of stuff from them. Currently my winter boots and jacket are their brand. My last experience with them however has changed my opinion, went in to do a simple size exchange on a gift my partner got and found out that their retail store front and online store are completely separate. (This is not what it says on the gift receipt) We were at the store for over an hour trying to think of an option other than just refunding the purchaser. Turns out that is really the only option. Definitely put a strain on a Christmas gift!

Gina is the best! I bought some clothes from this location while I was on vacation (from out of province). Almost a year later, I had a small issue with my item and Gina was very helpful, kind, accommodating (especially since I was contacting her from across the country), and quick to respond. Thanks again Gina!P.S. L.L. Bean clothing and quality are some of the best available. Extremely well-built and fit nicely. Highly recommend!

I haven't bought anything here yet as it seems quite expensive. I love LLBean in the states. Looks like they have some good sales. Some of my favorite clothes and shoes have come from LLBean.

I love the quality of the products in this store. The staff here is very helpful and gives solid advice. Only 4 stars because there are items I find and like online but are never in store. If you buy online, you always get charged in American dollars, even when on the Canadian site. Also, larger (xxl tall) in more items would be cool. That being said, I still found a couple of great deals to add.

I grew up wearing LL Bean products but now LL Bean is honestly dissapointing, the price has increased ten fold, at least the clothes style hasnt degraded too much

A great outdoorsy clothing store! High quality outdoor clothing with a selection similar to Eddie Bauer, Atmosphere, and Mountain Warehouses. I would say the styles are noticeably more contemporary than those aforementioned shops which is something I like about the clothing designs here. The location is quite new so the interior is still clean and inviting. The prices are pretty high (especially without a sale) but I would say that they’re largely warranted given the quality of the clothing. The sweaters with brushed fabrics are incredibly soft and comfortable. Easy to find parking on most days in this shopping hub. Easy recommendation from me.

Went in looking for some pants/shorts for an upcoming trip. I had never purchased anything from LL Bean before, the quality and comfort of the clothing is really quite amazing. Rebecca was incredible and very patient with me while I was trying to decide what I wanted. Overall a great experience
