Driver in the truck w bad facial hair. Can't drive. Some later go to Starbucks and blocking access to turn because he wanted coffee. Ignorantly ignoring the available parking spots

Horrible driver!They almost hit my car by turning left when I had the right of way. There was also a pedestrian crossing so they drove on the wrong side of the road to avoid the pedestrian.I don't understand why they couldn't wait until it was clear, or until they had a left turn light before turning.

Was behind Van #70 today. Saw the driver throw out at least two lit cigarettes while driving on Hastings through Vancouver/Burnaby and then onto the Barnett Hgwy. Brutal.
