These guys were great! They got me in next day and fixed my screen no problem. They also went above and beyond with a different item that I had broken and inquired about and provided me lots of information on it and how to go about my repair even though it needed to go back to the manufacturer. Fast and friendly service! Will use them going forward for any repairs. I would highly recommend this place. Excellent service! The communication was extremely smooth. Thank you Kishan for your service( highly recommended).

Friendly, knowledge staff. Great service. Very reasonable prices. Very happy with the quality.The used phone market can be very much a “buyer beware” market. But at Dr. Phone Fix you get no misrepresentation and no “apple polishing” (i.e. trying to pass things off as better than they are). Very forthright and fair. Will 100% deal with them again!!

Best service I've had in a long time at a tech shop by Kazi the manager. Friendly, understanding and very affordable.I work in the cell phone industry and I can say this isn't something you can count on, but I highly recommend.end checking them out.

Look no further - if you have any issues with your phone (and I believe Computer too). These guys have the best service and parts quality - second to none!! A great new addition to Burlington. They are definitely worth supporting and you will not be disappointed. Their location is also great right next door to the Service Ontario office on Fairview!!!

Fast and friendly service! They literally saved my life! All of my daughters new born photos and my dog who had passed aways photos where on my phone that I accidentally rolled over with my car. The gentleman was so nice and even organized my new phone to have the same set up as my old one. He did a great job! Thank you so much!
