Chris & Stavro were amazing tonight. I mentioned about there not being enough Mr. Sub’s anymore. This is where I used to go with my Dad when I was a young girl. We always ordered the assorted! ❤️❤️ We will be back since we are in Guelph almost weekly!!

Ordered a vegetarian meatball sub for pickup today and it was coming out the toaster right on time. Chris was very kind and we had a nice little conversation. Very clean place and the sub was absolutely delicious!

My first time at this Mr Sub location and had to write a review. Very very great service from Chris and his son Spiro. They were very friendly. I dined in and they took the time to check in on me, ask if everything was tasting okay, if I needed anything else.. More service than from some sit down restaurants! Says a lot. Plus of course the sandwiches were very well made, cookies were soft, and the place is very clean. Will definitely come back!

Every time we go in there, the owner and staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Much more personable than the staff at the other sub place" which we live across the road from. We much prefer the food and service at Mr. Sub

This Mr. Sub location has become a go to for our workplace. The owner/operator is so incredibly friendly and goes out of his way to cater to our orders. The restaurant is clean and pleasant. If you're in the mood for a sub, we highly recommend Mr. Sub on Silvercreek Parkway in Guelph.

I don’t typically write reviews but this spot is worth raving about. Living in a fast paced world these days, this chain restaurant blew me away within the 6 minutes we were there while ordering. this was the best customer service I’ve seen in years. The two gentlemen working were so kind and wholesome. Plus the sub was incredibly delicious. You can tell these guys are keeping the charm and tradition of the classic deli craft. The fact that they had a line or regulars validated how amazing the service and quality is. Definitely going back! Thank you for the cookie :)

Absolutely incredible! The two gentlemen were so kind! As someone who works in customer service, they have the best service ever! My parents love to go whenever they’re in Guelph. I haven’t been in years since I was a kid but the smell and taste is so nostalgic. The bun was so soft and fresh and the sub sauce so so so good! Other sub chains are shameful compared to this place!

This is the best Mr. Sub location I have ever been to.The way they make your subs with care and the type of vigilance shown- I have not experienced anywhere else.Chris- the owner is a gem.His son- real professional who is so attentive to your order.Sometimes it's not just about the food but also about how you feel while walking into a place.You feel warmth here and it is because of the owners' care and high standard for his business.

This is our first time here and this location has the best customer service! The two gentlemen are so kind and accommodating. They even gave me a free cookie!! And the food was amazing! Will definitely go back!
