Came to Neuropotential with no expectations to treat my depression and anxiety, and after a few months I was already seeing significant differences when it came to depression and my mood overall. Rajneel and Shane are both extremely knowledgable and were there to answer any questions or concerns I may have had while also trying to be as accommodating as possible. Ella one of the handlers was also extremely easy to talk to as well which made sessions a lot more comfortable too. All around just a great environment and staff!

The assessments carried are as per the latest industry standards and are very thorough. Shane were extremely patient and professional in carrying out the assessments which were split over multiple days. We had a fantastic experience with the Neuropotential Clinics; right from the intake to delivering the final report. Our 11yr-old son and 10yr-old daughter underwent psychoeducational assessments with them: the professionals we worked with were extremely thorough & patient. They took the time to properly understand each child’s unique background and our family dynamic. The kids found the in-person assessments comfortable with adequate instruction and guidance provided ahead of each activity. The results debrief sessions to present the process and results to us (parents) ahead of receiving the report was extremely helpful - by the time we received the very comprehensive report with the results + recommendations, we had a very good understanding of what we were reading. We will definitely return to Neuropotential Clinics should we need any of the services they provide in the future. We're been clients of this clinic since the summer of 2022. My daughter got 20 Neurofeedback session, and more recently more intense testing which helped get a diagnostic with which we can now get her the appropriate help.
