Booked Pearson pick up, driver was late and and then had no idea where to pick us up.After a long flight was not impressed.

They have a new app to order rides and I can not find away to order one with out paying with a credit card. It's frustrating for me because I was using the app alot before change over

Taxi from Cambridge to Kitchener and driver Ian was great however, when we called for the trip back home they refused to pick us up unless we had an account. WHAT?? Not at all what we were told when we booked the service in advance. Even Ian said he'd be happy if he got the call for our trip home from the hospital later as was expected. So we had to call a different cab company" is what they told me! City cab had no problem taking our cash and providing the service. Will never use "not so" Golden taxi again!"

GTT has always come through with reliable service for my mother in law in long term care who requires wheelchair transport. They came through again today with out of town service so she could spend an afternoon celebrating the holidays with family. The drivers and dispatch have always been super friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

I was taken to the police station by a driver just for 20$ . My card did not work that day. And my GTT account is blocked from then.

I called a cab to my aunts place and this was a late call we had been drinking and I needed a ride home… they requested my money upfront… I felt so little as a human being… I ended up asking for my money and using credit card… I’ll use Uber next time…

I had an incident yesterday 12/30/22 between 7:15-7:30pm by the delta station in Cambridge when I cross the street going to fresco. I’m on my right of way all vehicles stopped but one of your driver is driving fast and didn’t stop for a pedestrian crossing which almost hit me and lost my life if I didn’t step back. I don’t recommend this company who’s driver don’t understand what pedestrians is. Plate number is CPNZ325.

I will begin by saying i have used this company for many years, i take about 30 cabs a year mostly in the winter months, In all that time i have not had a problem with a driver until last week. Used the app to get my cab, driver shows up decides to go backwards down the hill, when i question her she tells me not to mess with her today. She proceeds to tell me she has never picked me up before and and can get to the destination any way she wants, however she has picked me up numerous times. when we get there i tell her its 20% more than normal, she blames the snow. i paid and likely slammed the door as i left. Go to get a cab a week later and the app tells me im outside there pickup area, so ive been banned lol. That's fine i downloaded Uber. If you going to ban a regular customer you might want to speak with them first.

I would say Karen and Trish Make this business. Most of the others i have spoken to have either been rude, ignorant or just bad customer service. I even asked to speak to owners but they didnt bother to respond.If it wasnt for Karen and Trish it would be 1 star..

Just want to thank a careless cab driver of yours who almost killed us. We were on a motorcycle and he made an immediate left turn into a driveway on Ainsley st at 11:50 am today June 18th. Thank God my husband is an experienced rider and even though we had maybe a foot between us swerved to avoid what could have been the end of our lives.
