We bought skies, hockey equipment and clothing from this store. The staff and service is absolutely incredible. Especially Yassar. He was extremely knowledgeable and went out if his way to help us even when the store was busy. Exceptional service today! I came in for a return. Seemed like the store was short staffed, the wait time was longer than expected. However, the manager on duty Keon took his time and help me with my return and helped me find what I was looking for. He is has an amazing product knowledge, I left confident with my purchases and will be coming back again! It’s always hard to find great customer service in those corporate stores! Thank you Keon!

After waiting for assistance for shoes I found a pair I liked and went to the cash. While I waited in line there was someone returning bags of items and only one cashier. After waiting about 15 minutes, seeing other associates standing around talking and no one coming to help the only cashier I decided to leave. Clearly this location doesn’t value customer service so I’ll be taking my future business elsewhere.

Ordered a bike that was on sale online and received fantastic service from Dan in the bike shop. When I arrived to pick up the bike the size was not feeling right. Dan was patient and helpful and got me into the right size and fit while honouring the price. Would recommend this Sport Check location if you are looking to get the perfect bike this season. I will continue to bring all my business to this location because of the customer service provided by Dan.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Within minutes of walking in the store. I was confronted by a manager asking if They could help me with anything. Then after I politely declined, Within one minute, I had 2 security guards. Watching me like Hawks literally helicoptering over me... I mean, I could understand If I was acting strange that might happen but I had done nothing Out of the ordinary and ended up spending over a 200$... Like I usually do as I am a regular in the store... I think I'm going to find a new location because it was just so disrespectful.

Excellent customer service on Feb 27, 2023. Walked in at 7:45 (store was closing at 8). My son had just broke his hockey stick at a game. The manager honored the 30 day stick guarantee even though we were a few days over. The young gentleman in hard goods was super helpful. In and out before store closing with a new stick for playoffs (we wound up spending more money on a more expensive stick). Great job by the manager and staff! Will definitely be back.

After purchasing a bike online, I entrusted the assembly to the bike department with a promised completion time of 2 days, at most a week. However, it has now been three weeks, and I am still waiting for the assembled bike. Despite numerous phone calls, they continue to assure me that the bike will be ready by the end of the week.

I would like to thank Avery and Eiad for their help with my shopping experience.The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a wide selection of brands and styles to choose from.
