Dr Ahadian is so knowledgeable and professional but their office team are unorganised and disrespectful. They cancelled my appointment because I was few minutes late for some really acceptable reason and it happened while their waiting time is always almost 1-2 hours and you can never would be able to go inside on your time. What is the point to be there on time when you have to be waited outside for 2 hours anyway?

This is review does not speak to the doctor as due to the disorganized office staff I have not yet been able to see him.The 2.5 rating this clinic has is an accurate representation of the office staff at this clinic. The receptionist I spoke to when booking my appointment told me that i will be at the office for roughly an hour- so I took an hour off of work.I arrived for my appointment and was sitting around for about 30 min past my appointment so I asked the receptionist when my turn would be as I have been sitting for 30 minutes and I only have an hour off of work. The receptionist stated that I will be doing tests for about 1-2 hours and then I would have to sit for about 20 minutes as my vision would be blurry- why did no one tell me this when I booked my appointment? Next, she tells me that they had actually pushed my appointment back to 2:00 instead of 1:20 - why did no one tell me this either?Long story short- I was not able to see the doctor because of the disorganized office staff- If I had known I had to book 2 hours off of work I most definitely would have done that- but this was not communicated to me. The staff changes appointments without notifying the patient.I’m sure the doctor is very knowledgeable and I hope I am able to see him. But the experience with the office staff makes it very challenging to see the doctor.

Dr Ahadian is knowledgeable and went through the procedure step by step and confirmed me about any effect, but the front desk and assistant acting very unprofessional. On the day of my procedure the assistant was late several minutes and without washing her hands or using gloves which is obligatory for every health provider just touched my eye for eyedrop. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Long time siting for a test, messy and no reasonable answer, after 1.5 hour just informed me that you just have test and now you are good to go.When I just said so why I should wait for 2 hours, nobody has answers.

This review is just for the office. They tell you to come 10 minutes before your appointment only to make you wait for an hour

My wife went to this clinic to do a cataract operation with Dr. Ahadian on July 2021. He conviced us to buy a more expensive lens that is not covered by OHIP with the reason being it is a much better lens. So we did pay for the lens and my wife did the procedure. A week after the operation she started to experience floaters in the same eye she operated on. When we went to see dr. Ahadian for this, he told my wife that she needs to learn to live with it,and that the eye is in a very good condition!We didn't accept this and started looking around for another doctor. Luckily through our network we came to know about a doctor in Amman, Jordan who is specialized in treating floaters in the eyes. We contacted him and setup an appointment for a procedure. my wife went to Amman, Jordan and did the procedure and it was successful. However, the report from the doctor in Amman clearly mentioned that their was a damage in the ratina that was discovered during the procedure and it was fixed, wich is to the contrary of what dr. Ahadian told us!!!Had we listened to dr. Ahadian and did nothing my wife could have faced severe consequences including loss of sight in her eye due to the damaged ratina that dr. Ahadian did not spot, or ignored!!We are never going to this clinic again.
