One of the best in London. Very busy so plan on scheduling your needs with time to spare. Great things don't usually happen at walk ins.Have been a customer here for 6 years and have never been disappointed. Whatever your hair care needs Michelle and her associates will satisfy.

Whenever I go into Chez Michelle, they always make me feel like the most important person in the world. They are friendly, talented and I highly recommend them. I was suggested this place to get my hair cut. The issue was that the place stated that their were open but when I arrived the sign on the door stated that they were open meanwhile the doors were locked and even after waiting forty minutes no one arrived and I felt that the place was unprofessional due to the fact that they were not as advertised online and should rethinking their availability hours that they published online. Overall, within the forty minutes I was not able to get my hair cut and had to detour to another place to have my hair hair cut.

It’s 3:30pm March, 3, 2022 & I called them because they seemed like a family type of small business that would be friendly in regards to customer service….BIG MISTAKE…..when I called she put me on hold but I could hear everything & all 3 girls that were apparently working refused to do a simple mens hair cut at 5pm……horrible customer service & I definitely wouldn’t recommend even bothering to call & book an appointment because from the conversation I over heard…the ladies there hate their jobs……BIG ZERO out of 10 !!!!
