Today I went to the garden Center specifically for a few extra plants for my yard. There were zero carts to hold flowers and I asked someone to get one for me as he doing nothing but standing at an empty till with zero customers. He said “they are over there”. Made zero effort to get me one.I then proceed to go to a young mid 20s lady at a cashier to see if they had any trialling plants with flowers. While.I tried to ask her she repeatedly wanted to visit and flirt with the young mat was watering flowers and never listen to me. I stopped asking when she repeatedly turned her head away from me. When I told her I would report her she laughed at me. I then went to ask to speak to the manager my concern was passed on to 3 people. What the final person said to this supervisor I do not know and she should said infront of me with him next to him but she pulled him far away.. I did not get to speak to Greg the manager at Home Depot and the person that came made me feel that he didn’t care what I had to say. His face said it all. He even smirked while I talked I have lived in Lakeridge for 20 years and will continue to purchase my flowers elsewhere.I should add it was extremely busy in the garden centre and you had 4 employees not helping anyone all standing at tills with zero customers. To have a customer it is important to add “service” otherwise why should anyone want to bring it to your till? I called your 1-800 number and got disconnected 3 times so obviously you don’t care.Home Depot I tried to support local and your store and I feel even though this is a part time gig for them they tarnish Home Depot reputation. I would be very careful who you hire as it is a competitive world and I can buy plants from BC direct and avoid the perseption that my business should be laughed at and I should not have my issues taken seriously.

This is the most friendly and helpful Home Depot in Regina. Every time I go there I am greeted and have staff approaching me to ask if I need help. Today I went specifically for stain, and I had such great help from Sam in the paint department. She helped me find what I was looking for and went through all the steps I will need to take to complete my project.

Stopped there to grab a couple things and it happened to be close to closing time. The staff were rushing us and kept rudely reminding us they were closing soon. They even started turning off the lights while we were paying. And for context, I was out of the store by the posted closing time.

That is a place I am going to drop on from time to time looking for store specials. I initially went to pick up PL premium but came across a bin of top of the line work gloves marked down to 1/5 of the regular price. That deal paid off for me.

The place to go if you renovate. Staff friendly, you can find EVERYTHING there, plants, building materials, wood , anything! Once a month you can ask for a freebie for kids. Love Home Depot! You can spend the all day there make sure to come with a shopping list! Big parking lot outside

Excellent customer service at this store! I was greeted at the front and asked if I needed help finding something. He then called someone to help me find a certain kind of lightbulb and two guys quickly came to help me find what I need. I was also looking for some sliders to put under a heavy piece of furniture to move it and a lady helped me find them right away. I didn’t even have to ask, she asked if she can help me find something. Always impressed with how the staff here go above and beyond to help customers find what they need! I also love how you can email your receipt to yourself. I always keep my receipts and sometimes they fade with time so I can reference back to them in my email which I like.

We ordered a new fridge on February 3rd. Delivery date was February 11th. Joanne was the associate who helped us and she went above and beyond in the service. Our fridge was delivered this morning on time. Grefs kept us updated on the delivery time and it was delivered on time. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful so no complaints from anyone. Kudos to Joanne for all her help on this purchase.Awesome service from all at Home Depot so tks everyone.

Man with longer hair and sick glasses helped me find carpet tiles. So kind and helped me find them on clearance! The man at the self checkout was also so helpful and i barely had to do anything except pay!! 1000% recommend this location the staff are wonderful! Thank you!!!!!!

Fine if you need to pick up a quick thing but if you need help the staff are incredibly slow to help. Was told a 5-10 minute wait for getting a piece of lumber cut, 35 minutes and still waiting.

Home Depot has been our “go to” store for projects. Their selection is amazing and the staff are great at offering their help and advice! They have created a trusted source of local knowledge. We have purchased doors, bathroom vanities, wood, locks sets, blinds, paint, electrical , plumbing, garden supplies, plants, multiple appliances, storage solutions, and even key cutting! So everything? The prices are competitive too. We have shopped in-store, curb-side, and online delivery to our home. The website is a great resource. Clearly marking where items are located in our store. We have used the rental centre more than a dozen times successfully. The welcome crew that offer assistance locating items is also appreciated. Returns are straightforward and they stand behind their products.
