I came into the store with my G/F who was picking up a leather garment. I asked the storekeeper if they did any custom work. I have several high end knives that could need sheaths of high quality and asked if they could make something like that. The woman said that I couldn't afford it. I was taken aback. How much would it cost? $5 dollars? $50,000 dollars? $200 dollars? $6,000 dollars? Whatever...never going to recommend or go back there ever again.

The shop is filled with amazing gems and beautiful bags and vintage. Erin is so talented and such a good eye. I am always impressed by the service and can spend hours here. Feel lucky this spot is in my neighborhood.

Excellent selection of vintage at the front of the shop. I didn't buy any of Erin's leather goods, but I can tell they are well made and well designed. Both Erin and her sales associate were personable and helpful. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

Very nice owner. She has owned the store for 17 years and has started making her own leather for 10 years. Only one change room but otherwise extremely beautiful shop

Just recently got a bag and the strap was chewed up by my dog. Love the bag. But they won't sell me a replacement strap for it. Now the 400 dollar bag is rendered useless

Went by two days before Xmas in last ditch effort to find a locally made bag for my wife that I thought she would like. Staff were excellent with suggestions and even pointed me to one not out on display that was on sale that fit the size, colour and look I was describing. Left happy, wife even happier when she opened it.
