Kizuna Judo
A great dojo, well-equipped and clean. The training here is one of the best and I'm glad that we picked it for my son. Having trained in martial arts for nearly 30 years, I can tell that this dojo is ideal for everyone including beginners and seasoned martial artist. They also invite instructors from other dojos to teach once in a while, and are very active in judo tournaments throughout the province. They also run family events - for example camping, hiking, and picnics throughout the year. They're family-friendly and you can see parents training with their kids here also. I can see my son training here for many more years to come.

Kizuna Judo
Both of our children are doing judo in Kizuna judo club for over 2 years. We are extremely glad that we have found such a great family owned club. Kids have a lot of fun, at the same time learning discipline, judo culture and tradition. Takeru and Ashley inspire kids and help them grow.Absolutely recommended.

Kizuna Judo
I joined Kizuna judo club a couple years after receiving a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu. I’m happy to have found Kizuna judo club. The techniques taught there are very effective, practical and safe. The instructors and students are friendly and welcoming. It’s an excellent place to train for kids, teenagers and adults. I highly recommend this club to anyone starting out in martial arts and also to those who come from different disciplines looking to cross train.

Kizuna Judo
I am so happy with our experience at Kizuna Judo Club! My six year old loves it and has gained so much in the eight months we've been with the club. Takeru and Ashley were very welcoming from the start and are both great with the kids! I also really appreciate the connection they've built with my child and the community they are building for us all! My 4 year old is watching and learning and can't wait to join too!

Kizuna Judo
Since my son John joined the Judo classes, he has shown improvement in his confidence. We believe, as his parents, Judo is a good tool for not only the body but also the mindset. The instructors are friendly, they have proven to be very reliable, and they are very close with the students. John really trusts the instructors that they are there for him to give him the help that he requires. John enjoys the Judo classes and even wanted to do it everyday. John tried different martial arts clubs already but he find himself more comfortable at Kizuna Judo Club.

Kizuna Judo Club is an outstanding place to practice and learn Judo. The coaches, Takeru and Ashley, are not only incredibly knowledgeable about the sport, but also genuinely care about their students' progress and well-being.What really sets Kizuna Judo Club apart, though, is the community that Takeru and Ashley have built around the club. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and eager to help each other improve.

Ashley and Take are excellent judo instructors, they’re committed to their training and have created a dedicated, family run business. There’s no judgement or ego here. The best place to take your children in my opinion. They get real training, not just pushed along. They even go for weekly group hikes, and regular tournaments! If you’re serious about your child joining martial arts, this is the place to go.

Kizuna Judo
My 11 year old son has been coming to Kizuna for 1.5 years. We tried several styles and clubs, but this is the one that both of us liked. Ashley and Takeru are very patient, helpful, and inclusive. Very invested in the club and their members. Well-respected and active within the judo community. They are also creating a community outside of the club by hosting extracurricular family activities such as tube sledding and hiking. My son is thriving at Kizuna Judo.

Kizuna Judo
Kizuna Judo is awesome. The instructors are very friendly and passionate about what they are teaching. They are very respectful and always encourages the kids to reach their full potential. It’s also a great dojo for adults to go to as they have such fun adult / teen class!
