This is where I buy my video games! The Jumbo has a nostalgia factor for me when I walk in. They have expanded their market with board games, RPGs, snacks, coffee. You are sure to find something for a gift for you favourite nerd in your life. Their bags of popcorn are hard to beat as well (try the regular butter salted, zebra sweet and salty or the cheddar!)

This store takes me back...my kids and I love coming here and looking at all of the old video games, guides toys etc. And a ton of movies for sale/rent as well. And of course if you know Jumbo that smell of popcorn when you walk in is a nice reminder of the old rental days! Great staff, very helpful and don't mind that we just poke around for an hour at what they have.

If you're tired of dumping 50-100 on a game for your kid to be sick of it in a week this place will save you a fortune by just renting the game.Otherwise:Just love the vibe and experience here. Bringing my kid in and letting them peruse the DVD section... Picking a movie the old fashion way of looking at the cover art and reading the description.Surprisingly good selection of board games for sale as well.This place isn't just nostalgia, its a great store.

Amazing game store, the staff were all incredibly friendly and understanding of my 22 month old daughter wanting to run around and see everything the store had to offer.The shelves were well stocked and their section of retro games was larger than I had expected.Definitely an amazing experience and will gladly visit again.

I am so pleasantly surprised every time I come here, although it's only been a few times so far. There are so many things to discover. The Staff is beyond helpful and so polite to deal with. I will definitely be coming here more often!

I looked at every single game store in Windsor and London in search of a replacement of my favourite childhood GameCube game, Gauntlet: Dark Legacy. No one seemed to have it, and then I struck gold at Jumbo Video, lol. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely continue to buy my GameCube games / classics from here ☺️

The store is a fantastic place with friendly and helpful staff. Has all sorts of fun games and movies to rent before buying, good credit system so you don’t have to throw old games into the trash, and just as fun board games, plushies and tabletop stuff so everyone can have fun.

I love this store. So many great movie deals. Fun to roam through to see what's new. Lots of variety for different people. Wish there was a location still on the south end though! (Dating myself here - haha)
