Great friendly service and they will get to you on time. Lots of buses and spare drivers for emergency and always someone close by if there is ever a problem. Rest assured that their with you from beginning to the end.

Very unprofessional. Was cursed up and down by an older lady driving a Landmark van for parking in the wrong direction in a completely empty parking lot. It’s unfortunate that they hire such incompetent people. Mouth like a sailor.

We hired Landmark to provide a bus service from the hotel and our wedding venue. Paul our bus driver went out of his way to decorate the bus and to make our guests feel very comfortable. I would strongly recommend Landmark Bus Lines.

I'm sitting in Rexall parking lot at Ellesmere Markham when this woman in a bus drives up and parks beside me. I honked because there was about an inch between the bus and my mirror, which she ignored. She was so close she bangs my passenger side panel when she tried to get out then jumped back in to move over just enough for her to open her door and walk across the street to the condos. I called the company immediately and was hung up on the first time after being on hold for five minutes. I called back and am waiting for action. The audacity. It even says immediate customers and she left the premises.All these empty spaces and she just had to be ignorant

Driver must've been running late!Not only did this person cut me off on Tiffin causing me to slam my brakes, but they also maintained 75-80 km in a 60, only slowing when they caught up with the rest of traffic. Then proceeded to tailgate the person in front of them until they turned left on Dyment Rd.I hope there were no kids in that vehicle, inexcusably dangerous driving.Happened around 7:35-7:43 AM, March 16, 2022.

We used Landmark to shuttle our guests to and from their hotels to our wedding. Alissa was a pleasure to work with in the planning process and although I didn't catch the drivers' names they were also fantastic. Highly recommend!
