Staff doesn't know how to do refunds. Very rude. Made me go back three times to return something. The staff doesn't know anything then looks to you like you're at fault. Regret buying a phone from here. Was gonna get my mom and twin siblings phones from this location but hell no. Never will I go back here and I will surely tell all my friends about my horrible experience.

After dealing with Bell for over a decade I am truly disappointed by the service and run around experienced in the last 30 hours. I talked to 6 different reps at Bell, *611, 2 stores 4 times in 24 hours. The meadows rep refused to refund me without signing a contract i did not agree too. After requesting numerous times to contact a manger he sssssshhhhhshed me with is finger. I started making a video of my customer experience. Not a pleasant customer experience.

I got Iphone 11 pro max from Amritesh working at this store as a manager. He is the kind of salesman a customer wants when he goes to a store. I already knew the phone I wanted to buy but it’s the service that matters. Really happy with the phone and the service. Amritesh is my phone guy from now on.

Had a great visit at this location, manager at branch was extremely professional and kind but most of all, he was honest. His approach to business is very honest and transparent and really wants to get the best deal for you without any surprises. Fantastic experience

Bell store at meadows have very poor customer service.The can't access the deliveries ordered online for pick up in store. Then I bought new sim card and was told the I can refund it if not used. When I went there following day with unused sim card, after waiting 50 minutes in line, my refund was not processed without checking any status of sim card.I would definitely recommend to stay away from this store with useless staff.

Very bad service... long waiting , no proper discussion on plans and phone features. Numbers not imported but billing started still numbers are with different providers. Bell hire more employees reduce wait time and give good service.. very disappointed

The salesman that helped us here was very knowledgeable and helpful. After we talked to Bell Loyalty there was some issues with our new plan and he spent a long time talking to Bell on the phone on our behalf trying to sort the problems and still being attentive to the other customers in-store. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

I am so glad I visited this location to activate new line. The person who helped me named Amrit. He has skills to make customer happy & satisfy, not fassy about making sales or numbers, have very positive attitude & attitude is everything, or almost everything. Greeting people with a smile or friendly hello can make a big difference in a retail store. For any customer service position, in-person or by phone, a friendly and patient attitude is important.Thank you

5/5 stars for top tier customer service! The consultant Navjot, was super helpful and down to earth in assisting me with a device upgrade. She made the process super quick and efficient and took the time to explain everything with the prices and monthly plans. She even offered to transfer the contents of my old phone onto the new one which was super nice and greatly appreciated!! Thank you for everything!! Definitely recommend coming to this location!
