I had dropped into KW Arctic Spa one weekend to browse a small hot tub, as I was shopping around the area at Spa's. I met Cynthia that day & she was so informative, long story short, I ended up buying a mid size spa, the Cub. I am so happy with it thus far, it is nice having a salt water spa, go see Cynthia, she'll give you the run down on her products & all the benefits etc. The sale was smooth, the delivery, unbelievable, those guys were amazing, I had a wonderful experience with my whole start to finish with Arctic Spa's.

We had a slight issue with our hot tub with the readings. Arctic spas Kitchener was quick to respond. Mike was very knowledgeable about the hot tub, chemicals and parts. He was very nice, pleasant and very friendly. He made the experience so easy and explains everything so that we could understand. I would recommend him to anyone.PS We really enjoyed his 80s style pop music :)

Surprised I haven't left a review before. We purchased our hot tub in September 2021 and it's an Aurora from the Core Series. We purchased it for a reasonable price for a new high quality hot tub. We worked with Jess who has been fantastic 10/10.When we got the hot tub we actually had a few issues. The hot tub started to smoke from the panel after a few weeks. What happened was it was built for 240V instead of the normal outlet plug which was asked for and was part of our sheet. It was easily fixed and parts replaced and rewirred.The hot tub cover also ripped after a year of use on a winter day. We always wipe the snow off the cover. This hasn't been replaced yet but still on order.I give 5 stars because of the quality of service. I think most people might not do that due to the issues we had but we had quick responses. The cover still needs to be replaced from the skin of it but everything else has been working great.Jess and the team are always happy to help with questions. I hope our hot tub lasts a long time with minimal issues going forward.

This was our 2nd arctic spas hottub. Our first we purchased at the Burlington store years ago and the service was subpar compared to this location!(This review is a bit delayed as we purchased our hottub last year). We had Clinton help us throughout the buying process, and he was fantastic, and knowledgeable. We had to downsize our first hottub and purchased the Ellesmere, as we had an inground pool installed and needed a smaller tub. Clinton made the process easy and without worry! Fast forward a year and we recently had a small issue with the tub, (we live in west Brant),Clinton sent a technician out and the issue was fixed immediately. Outstanding customer service 1 year after purchase=priceless.

Purchased our spa in the fall and have been extremely happy so far. Since it was delivered, I have been even more impressed not only with the spa but with the customer service I have received. Any questions I have had were quickly and efficiently answered. We are first time spa users so they’ve made learning how to balance everything very easy (huge thank you to Jessica Witty!!!). If you are considering purchasing a hot tub, I would ONLY recommend Arctic Spa. Not only for the product but the service you receive afterward.

Got my spa delivered today and was impressed. No, not everything was perfect but seeing how the team dealt with the flaws was better than if there had been no issues at all. I felt like I can only expect good things for this relationship.From the sales team who made me feel comfortable calling with my endless questions to helping me feel like I got a great deal.The delivery was well planned and timeframe was impressively actuate. Each little steps the team took was explained effortlessly when asked.Things hit a bit of a rough patch when the electrician couldn't get the panel to register the incoming signal. A call to the service department stepped through trouble shooting ending with a technician having to come out and take a look. A component was found to be missing and instead of glossing over the issue, it was shown, installed and tested quickly. As the technician was already on-site, the chemistry of the spa was setup while completing the spa school instructions.Very pleased overall with the company to date.

Had a great experience with Arctic Spas who we met at the St Thomas Home Show! They saved us money and we got our Azure spa within a week! Clinton was awesome to deal with!!! He made the process straightforward and painless from start to finish!!

We purchased our spa in early July and took delivery early December. Our salesperson, Clinton was very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery team were wonderful with the set up and also answered any questions we had. Our only issue is with the training session. Because we are an hour away from the store and have had previous hot tubs we requested a zoom or telephone training session. Phoned the number. Got a call the evening of the next business day. Booked a time the following day to do a telephone session and that was the last we heard from Arctic Spas. Made sure to have my phone close by and never left the house for several hours after the expected call. Nothing. Good thing we already have spa experience.

Amazing experience, from viewing the tubs in the show room, to coordinating installation, to the delivery. We had the hot tub up and running the day of delivery. Would 100% recommend.
