I am the type to value good service and attention to detail over big chains any day. I support my small shops. So I gave them a try. Twice. First time, there was an issue because i gave them a 8.5x11 file to print 8.5x11... they come back to me with a 8.5x11 laminated result that is considerably cropped from the originals. A lot of money down the drain. I ask why and if they can change. They say, no, we need an edge to print, so we cannot do it full size. I asked why he couldn't add white space instead of cropping content, but he said it doesn't work that way... I went to staples with same file, presto, uncropped... Second time, I offer good resolution images, at 75dpi. I want these made small and printed off. It took me many exchanges to realise that this so called printing professional doesn't know that when you are reducing pixels in an image, you can increase dpi to keep same clarity. He said, that's not how it works

Great place for office supplies and crafting supplies.. they do photo copies and lament work, friendly staff. If you need celebration of life cards done they do such a fantastic job and at a very reasonable time and price. The person who does the layout can do just about anything and was super helpful in making the process easier on the family in such a time of need.

I usually never leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed in my experience today and I didn’t even enter your store.Around 11am today (August 20) my family and I were returning to our vehicle parked outside your Squamish location to an extremely insensitive and rude encounter with one of your employees. Our truck was parked in the accessible parking spot and we have a disabled persons parking decal hung from the rear view mirror that you can clearly see from the sidewalk.Your employee walked out of your store to where we were standing, approached us and asked, “is one of you actually handicapped?”. She also informed us “everyone has been looking at this vehicle” - implying that there were many others who couldn’t believe the driver of this vehicle has a disability.My boyfriend is a medically retired army veteran who does not have a visible disability. His parking decal is completely valid and legal; he acquired it through service to his country overseas and resulting combat related injuries. Regardless of the cause, the fact that someone would be so ignorant and judgemental of another person who doesn’t LOOK disabled - and have the audacity to LEAVE THE STORE to ask if one of us is “actually handicapped” - is abhorrent.

Great local shop for all your art, illustration and printing needs - efficient and friendly. I'm often amazed at how patient the staff is juggling and accommodating urgent print jobs on the fly and with a busy business in the back.Yet... I can't believe I have to say this but GG is a store that sells stuff and not your personal office space away from home - no one should be assembling their projects in the store. Respect the staff, who are very knowledgable and helpful.

New to the area. The printing portion was great, uploading it from home to pick up in the store. When I was paying for the small printing service and a binder to put it in, the woman behind the counter said to me, Next time

I appreciate that they did prints quickly. But….. They charge me more than the price they quote. Adding fees that it never been discussed. I will not recommend them for that reason.

We needed a seating chart and itinerary printed and designed for our wedding and the staff were so helpful, fast, and reasonable pricing!
