Worst customer service of any fast food establishment I have ever been to. The staff just stared at me for 5 minutes before coming to the counter to take my order. The service is painfully slow and every worker looks like they want to die.Not to be a Karen but the service here is abysmal. If you’re in a rush do not come here.

Worst Wendy's location in Burlington/Oakville. I recently started working near this location and I have visited once a week. Today was no exception to the lack of service. Consistently slow service and lousy attitude impatient employees. All three times I visited this location my order has been given to me wrong. Today my fries were cold and tasted like they had been made an hour or more prior to me ordering them.

Worst service of any Wendy's I've ever been to...went inside to order/eat, there was another couple waiting in front of us at the counter, after 5 mins we asked if they had ordered and they said nobody even acknowledged that they were there..only focused on the drive-thru customers..at this point we all left. If you're busy at least acknowledge people...

Really love Wendy's. Don't get there often, but it was great choice to check out this location. All orders were accurate, fresh and fast. This location has a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine for soft drinks, so the choice of flavours is huge. My bacon and cheese baked potato was extremely satisfying.

Took forever to go thru the drive-thru. Fries were not filled up as you can see in the photo and burger was sloppy. I ordered a regular meal and ended up with a small sized meal somehow...not impressed. Paid $10.50 for this...

Upon coming up to the speaker to order the staff member kept loudly exclaiming WHAT?!" and "I DIDN'T GET THAT" (even though we were speaking loud enough and clearly). When we pulled up to the window it appeared to be the manager who took our order

I haven't been to Wendy's in a long time, and I have to say, I didn't miss much. Their food tastes like McDonald's, except their the fries are better and they were really salty. To upsize the fries, it's $1, which I think is a bit much. I had to ask if they give refills on their drinks, to which I was answered, we can do that"...not going back anytime soon."
