Amazing service! They always accommodate my last minute appointment requests for an oil change. On top of getting my oil change, they topped up my windshield fluid, wiped down my front dash AND washed my car! It was a very nice added service! Huge thank you to Jennifer and the team at Lindsay Dodge Chrysler Ltd. This review is long over due! I purchased my 3rd Jeep Wrangler through Jennifer and the service was incredible. It was during covid that I ran into some problems heading up north with my current Jeep (bought somewhere else). The Lindsay location happened to be the closest dealership and Jennifer answered the call that day. She listened to my concerns and was there to assist me when the Jeep got to the location. After laying out the facts of the current vehicle (still under warranty), Jennifer, not feeling anyway pressured, presented all my options. One of my options was a trade in. I told Jennifer what features I was looking for and the color I wanted. Within 24 hours, she called me up to tell me they found the vehicle and were able to bring it into the dealership. Sold! I spent 55000$ on a truck. 2 1/2 weeks later my truck did not start ( saturday night) I called them on monday morning to see about getting it fixed i spoke to service they said they would call me back. They did not i called them hours later. The whole time my work truck is sitting on the side of the road.I informed them that its not starting and they said that its not covered after speaking to the manager they said they would cover half the repair cost ( half off inflated repair costs). So i buy a truck it breaks down in the first month and they wont stand by it. Took it to Peterborough chrysler they fixed it and fixed an ACTIVE RECALL that was on it. would not go to lindsey dodge and am actively not recommending it

I'm in my 3rd Ram since 2017, first one I have purchased from Lindsay Dodge, what a pleasure it was. Kevin was great to deal with, very down to earth and easy to talk to, was patient with questions and very responsive on getting me the answer. Katherine was fantastic to deal with as well, very patient with different options and scenarios. Those 2 right there make a great team, the conversations were so easy, with laughter and jokes on both sides, but what a pleasure to be deal with them both. They both took the time to make sure you were comfortable with either the purchase or knew how the new Ram and Uconnect worked and actually paired our phones up before we left in our new truck. You will make two great friends for life right there.

Went in to order or purchase a wheel.locj key and rje parts guy said he can't do it without a verification code, I'm third owner on the car and dint have that so he only said to cut off the lug nuts and buy new ones. Went to the other dodge dealer in town and got the part ordered in under 5 minutes.

The purchase of our used Jeep Wrangler wasn’t our first time buying a vehicle, but the team at Lindsay Dodge Chrysler are some of the friendliest no-pressure people we have ever met. The trade-in value we received for our truck was excellent , and not once did they try to argue that imperfections in our nine-year old truck were a problem. Even when I offered to have the dent in the truck’s bumper fixed under our insurance, we were told not to bother. Turns out they own the body shop next door. But I think the icing on the cake was when we picked up the Jeep and discovered that it came with a complete soft-top kit in addition to the hard top already installed. It was never mentioned during our negotiations. What was even more amazing was when Adam Novis in sales offered to deliver the soft-top to us when we discovered that it wasn’t going to fit inside the Jeep along with our family aboard.
