Kathy White Yoga
I have found taking yoga with Kathy very beneficial, my aches and pains have subsided. When I started with her, I had very bad hips, there is no discomfort at all now.I leave her classes feeling like I have had an amazing workout, physically and mentally.

Kathy White is very patient and takes time to explain the moves and provides modifications when necessary. It is hard work, but I always leave the class feeling stronger and uplifted.
