I really appreciate this company's status updates and the quality of their work. With the couple of major snowfalls we've had, the effort the staff put in to keep up with both the volume of work to be done as well as the City ploughs going around clearing roadways, Green Acres provides exceptional, timely and affordable service. I recommend this company!

Green Acres is the best snow removal company in Orleans! We switched to Green Acres a few years back and that’s how we found out good service was really all about. The team is very responsive and timely. Even last night, when the city plow came around at 10:30pm, they were right on its tail to remove the ridge. Thanks again for the great service!

Proceed with caution with this company. They hide overages in contracting and terms and conditions they know you are unlikely to read. You will not be made aware of these terms upfront. Subsequently this means the company will continue to provide service and attempt to charge you without any positive form of consent or permission. They instead just lean on the fine print in the contract and will push forward providing you service if you dont opt out in time. Its the same strategy tech platforms use - give you a month free if u sign up and then when you forget to cancel in time you end up with additional charges. Its a crooked and shady way to do business. I have reached out to the owner to have these additional charges waived as I was unaware of the fine print in the “contract”. I was simply informed if I fail to pay for the additional services provided in accordance to “contract” they would be proceeding via a collections company.Disgusting behaviour from a small local company. I do not recommend trusting this company with either your money or snow removal needs.

I have been hiring Green Acres for snow removal and shoveling services for 8 or 9 years and they never disappoint. Communication is always responded to and emails updating us on the process are timely. Today with the snowstorm I was impressed that they managed so well for the first big snow dump. This is our second year with Green Acres for snow removal and I am their diehard fan at this point.They are incredible, helpful and friendly. We have a very small space to throw the snow on and every year they work around it and are so understanding. If you email them for anything at all, Martin replies in a quick and friendly manner which is always appreciated!If you want a company that is efficient, does an impeccable job and is just amazing - you won’t regret Green Acres :)

We use Green Acres for snow removal, and we are very happy with their professional service. I appreciate that they provide updates before and during snow storms to let us know their plans. Knowing what their plans are, I have sometimes asked them whether it would be possible to ensure our driveway is clear for my husband to leave or come home from his shift work, and they've done it. I appreciate that they come back to clear the snowplow drift automatically or when I email to say the City made another pass.

Thanks for making this (LONG) winter so effortless.It is my first year with Green acres. They are the first ones on the street cleaning driveways and continually pass by to clean right up until the city plow goes by. Even notifications and communication with their office is friendly and easy.I will be with them again next season.

If you are looking for a home driveway snow removal service in Orleans, look no further! We've been with Green Acres for a few years after having a less than stellar experience with another company. From the moment we enrolled, we've had nothing but excellent communication, customer service, and reliability. Even though we are one of the last streets to get the city plow, Green Acres drivers are on standby to make sure we can still get out of our driveway. They are efficient and clear in communicating their policies, and plans - especially when we surpassed the contract snowfall amount this year. Highly recommended!!
