I had ordered before two old ladies and my order was ignored until the very end. I literally ordered before those two women and I thought they would just give me my order but the woman working there made me repeat my order twice and I was served last even tho I ordered first. They need better management and organization because there's no point waiting line to order if they aren't even going to give people their stuff in order. You might as well just have everyone yell their order.

Experience a noticeable improvement in wait times at this Tim Hortons location over the past few months. While there is still room for further enhancement compared to other locations, the dedicated staff's efforts deserve recognition for their hard work. Although occasional delays can occur due to internal communication, the team consistently strives to work hard and makes the best to address issues promptly. Overall, expect a moderate and improving drive-thru experience at this Tim Hortons branch.

Absolutely the worst tim Hortons.. I pass threw Guelph 4 times a month and I try to avoid this Tim Hortons as they always mess up my order but today I try n give them a try even tho I know somthing is going to be wrong... Well my gut was right.. having a personal issue I don't have sugar in my coffee and of course they didn't care even tho my order was a simple 1 cream.. I take a sip and of course sugar.. then my bagle wasn't toasted like I asked or cut at all . My partners donut was stale as hell and tea was made with cream instead of milk... every single time I come here it's a a disaster.. please hire new employees who actually care.

I went to this location today and asked for a plain bagel with butter for my son. He was asleep in the car and was to eat it when he woke up. THIS was what I got. I'm unsure if the person making the food needs a pair of glasses? How can someone serve this to a customer? It is completely inedible . My husband thought I was playing a joke on him when I sent this photo. Will not be returning back.

A full 24 hour Timmies. It actually has a very nice seating area including a more private section with 2 sets of comfy chairs and two coffee tables. Had a bacon English muffin at midnight validating the all day breakfast claim. The staff were friendly.

Just got 2 coffees from here. Basically it's a cup of cream. All coffees were destroyed. I will never go to tim hortons again. Absolute garbage everyday and getting worse

Would not recommend going here drive through attendant wearing gloves well handling the money and food and not changing gloves. This is cross contamination and needs to be investigated by health department!
