Space is pretty nice and staff is friendly and helpful. Internet connection is flaky and seems to be an internal network issue. Also with shared office space you don't get to pick your neighbours, with mixed results.

Rented a board room for all day. Very Professional and helpful place. I reached early and was nervous. I sent an email in off hours and the GM Peggy sent me an email followed by a call to ensure my entry before even their staff. During the entire day their staff Hannah, Chantelle and the young gentleman worked and helped for the event as if it was their own. Will go there again for sure. My guests were mistaken about the place as if the entire place was my own office. Thanks to you all wonderful people at Intelligent Office for helping me to make the event a great success!!!

Great customer service, we rented the office space for many years and never ran into any problems. Everyone that works there is super nice and if tenants have any issues, it is taken care of at a timely fashion. Ashley and Will and great!! :)

Great building, clean space and convenient location. The IO staff are very accommodating to whatever needs the clients may have. Great people to work with and would recommend them to anyone looking for flexible office requirements. The reception staff are especially very friendly and professional.
