UNCLE RON'S BONG

I bought a Smoke Buddy there for $35, I have been buying them for years but haven’t for a couple years as I didn’t need them. I noticed the keychain that comes with it and the packaging were different, but chalked it up to the company making changes to the product. I took it home and it immediately wasn’t working at all, smoke passes directly through it. I called the store and asked for an exchange and was told no. So I took the loss and went to a reputable smoke shop and bought a REAL Smoke Buddy for only $20! Once I made that purchase it became very clear that the one from Uncle Ron’s was a fake. The keychain and packaging were completely different and so cheap compared to the real one. Real smoke buddies have the name imprinted on the side, mine from uncle Ron’s did not. And the new one works perfectly. To be sure I wasn’t being silly I looked up “fake smoke buddy” and the very first link that came up was one to ALIEXPRESS and it was a photo of the exact product I had purchased at uncle Ron’s. It is truly unethical and a scam to buy aliexpress, knock off versions of a real reputable product and present it- as well as price it- as the real thing. Unacceptable. I will not be back and neither will anyone I know that frequents smoke/vape shops, clearly it’s not the quality they present. I truly doubt the real company would approve of this either, considering they are being sold as the real product.

Interesting and big selection. Poor service and incomplete hookah kits. Didn’t receive all of the kit. Shopkeeper seemed in a rush with 2 people in the store. Was odd

Such an awesome place to go! Biggest selection I’ve ever seen and they really know their stuff. Good quality and amazing prices, if you’re into smoking you have to check this place out. Excellent customer service as well

I was a regular at this shop.But me and my boyfriend were in the a little while ago. And it was a disgusting experience. There were only two workers a girl with blonde hair who I haven’t seen in the store again, and a guy with long brown maybe black hair.The girl was the only one helping customers, and there were 4 customers in total not including us. we and everyone else were IGNORED by the male worker and waited almost 2 hours until the girl was finally free from other customers. The guy was in the glass area with us the WHOLE TIME. And the only one actually working was her.He finally helped us when we went up to him but said he was too busy with washing the display cases and said he needed a minute.We left hearing this poor girl get screamed at for doing nothing but working while this guy did absolutely nothing but spray windex and wipe for an hour plus. This is a horribly ran store and customer service is non existent. Not worth the risk.

Always been a decent place to shop in. Was in last week bought a box of fireworks when it came time to open the box there was what was called taxmainian devils missing out the box and looked like some one replaced them with screech-ooz. Not only that the young lady behind the counter had quiet the trash talking mouth with not very good customer service.

$50 banger broke while I was heating it up for the first time all they did was give me a discount to buy another $50 banger. Horrible customer service won’t be coming back.
