We've recently undergone a massive renovation project on our duplex, where we extended the building and added a third floor. We called Allunox for a quote on a spiral staircase and decking. Although it seemed that decking and stairs would cost us roughly the same regardless of the materials we used, I really liked the kindness and honesty of Serge, their sales guy. He really took the time to understand our needs and was always available. Of course, every big order like this has its glitches and minor delays, but the staff at Allunox, from Lilly on the front lines to the president were awesome at giving us the attention we needed. This is truly a great team and, even were they priced a bit higher, and I'm not saying they were, are worth the peace of mind and fairness that comes from dealing with them. If only all companies in this industry had their attitude.

Ordered aluminium ramps for our Montreal home in July, to be installed in mid-September. Nobody phoned to inform us of a delay.Phoned 03 October: Brigitte was unable to find out when ramps would be delivered and installed, assured me of a call-back.No call-back. Phoned again 05 October. This time Julie unable to tell me when ramps will be delivered, suggested I phone back every Friday to see if our ramps are scheduled for the following week... Terrible customer service.

We've recently had our duplex balconies replaced with aluminum balconies, as well as recovering the overhanging roof, by Allunox. Although some delays in starting the project due to weather last Spring & renegotiating some terms of the contract caused some concern, when work started it was completed in a very timely manner and was very well executed. We highly recommend Allunox. 4.5 stars.

Installed some Allunox railings in my backyard last summer, seems to be holding up really well. Great customer support and fantastic prices. Highly recommended.
