Beautiful dresses and reasonably priced. Just bought my daughter’s grade 8 grad dress and she’s thrilled. When we got home she said, “ I really liked the lady who helped us. She didn’t just take off and leave us and she gave her honest opinion about how the dresses looked on me.”I didn’t catch her name but on the receipt it says Clerk 6. Thank you for the great customer service.I tried to call and tell you personally but I couldn’t get through.March 6th 2020

Had an amazing experience with the sweetest employee who helped me pick my prom dress!! Came in with my friend and she was so kind to the both of us. Perfect price, get material, such sweet customer service and the best non-pushy, honest and helpful employee ever. Had a pretty bad experience with the dress store down the hall, and this made up for it. Picked up the dress almost instantly.

Just bought a super cute dress for a wedding I'm attending on Saturday. The ladies were super helpful and made the shopping experience fun! Will be back for future events!!

It's not a large store but they have a nice selection of occasion dresses as well as casual clothing made in Canada. The prices are very good and the staff are friendly, helpful and appreciative. Definitely worth a visit.

I was there this Sunday looking for a dress for my daughter's grade 8 grad. The lady that helped us, Sherry, was absolutely wonderful. She made our experience great after having an awful shopping day on Saturday. She knew how the dresses fit, and took pics of each dress to help us narrow down the winner. I highly recommend this store to anyone. I have never left a review before but was so impressed and thankful for the wonderful experience.

Good day. Today August 01 in the morning I went to your store at Burlington Mall -Ontario. I liked a very nice yellow dress that even one of the sales rep was wearing. Unfortunately your store didn’t have my size. The sales rep insisted to give a try to size 8, which I did. It was too tide on the chest and the price was $90 can. I tried 2 other dresses but nothing fit me properly unfortunately . When I was leaving the store and after that king the sales rep, the other sales rep that was not in touch with me before asked me if I was taking the yellow dress and I answered: No unfortunately it’s not my size and I can afford it. That’s when she answered then you shouldn’t try it. Why you try something that is not your size and you can’t afford. Now we have to put the dress in quarantine.She was extremely rude.I was very surprised and I answered that was the risk in a business like that. she continued talking back but I left the store and I am not planning to go back. I am in retail too and I can assure you that it’s not the way to treat a customer. I am afraid she is the manager or the supervisor which makes me wonder about the kind of people you hire. The lady who helped me was great and I have no complaints about her service.These are difficult times for everyone but I believe that what she did was not the best way to keep a customer.

my sister had an amazing experience here finding her prom dress after her disgusting experience at dress people down the hall. Extremely caring and not pushy at all. Sweetest saleslady ever who kept complementing her and making her feel special. Amazing prices just overall absolutely phenomenal store that deserves so much business and support. Will be coming here for any formal needs in our family!!!
