I bought my Freewheeler here just over a year ago now and the service was fantastic and still is to this day. The sales department played rock paper scissors to see who would serve me. The service department has gone out of their way to get my ride repaired and have me back on the road in no time. I have called in a panic on the side of the road and Treena patiently explained what I needed to do to get on my way. The parts department 'listens' to what you are inquiring about they dont tell you what they think you need. The apparel staff helps you find the right style and fit for you with a smile on their faces. Blackbridge supports the community and has donated items to charity rides I have been part of recently. I highly recommend dropping in and finding out for yourself.

Purchased a 2023 Low Rider ST, a Very positive experience from start to finish, no pressure.JJ in sales is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.Browner in parts simply will not give up until he finds a solution.Service even put a rush on installing accessories before our trip next week!

This is an amazing dealership. The staff are just excellent. Without exception. If they’re reading this, and they wonder if they’re included… Yes. My last service was major. Three hole oil change, tuneup, air filter, new tires. They picked up my bike exactly as promised. Whatever issues there were with parts and getting jobs done were addressed appropriately and professionally. They left me a very happy customer. I can’t say enough good about them. Bring your Harley Davidson to black Bridge with confidence.

Bikes been in for service going on 7 weeks. Thought we were being proactive getting it in early. Unfortunately we've not been given any sort of expectation as to when the bike will be ready. After not hearing anything for weeks and leaving numerous messages, we've spoke to several service team members who are still not able to give us any idea on when our bike will be ready. Feel like the poor girl is in jail. Guess we will just keep sitting around and waiting, dreaming about being out on the road and shedding a tear every time we see a bike drive by.

My wife and I went to look at the new bikes and met with Skip.He spent quite a bit of time showing us around and even helped me out with some info I needed on a used bike.It's hard to choose which bike is best suited for each person so he suggested I rent one and try it out.I did just that the next week and had the time of my life.Mike set me up on a FATBOY and boy, was it fun!I highly recommend going to see these guys and listening to their advice.I look forward to working with the team in the near future.

I just bought an Electra Glide Ultra Limited from my friends at Blackbridge Harley Davidson. My bike was delivered to my home by Matt the driver. Matt is a true professional. As are all the folks at Blackbridge. My experience with the whole Blackbridge team has been just top notch from sales, financing, parts, service department and motor clothes.I HIGHLY recommend you visit this location for all your motorcycle needs!!Fantastic crew!!!
