Like so many others, used a discount code from Coleman that gave a discount. It was posted on their own website! Bought approx. $300, including life jackets for my family. We had just bought life jackets a few days earlier at Costco. Coleman order was processed, credit card charged, confirmation email received..Then no communication at all for a week??? Wondering, I called Coleman 9 days later, especially after after receiving the strangely early, How was your shopping experience

Just received an email, 9 days after order confirmation using a single promo code that was valid, and it simply said my order was cancelled due to error on their end. This is an unacceptable response this late in the order process. Now I am left worrying about them having my credit card information especially if they can't handle their e-commerce side of operations. Please spread the word about this company's troubling conduct. The Better Business Bureau and others should be advised as well! Shame on you Coleman Canada!

Doesn’t honour orders placed, even after money has been charged to credit card. They gave me two options “we will remove the promo code and charge your credit card the difference, or I can cancel my order.” Where is the option to honour my order that was placed?Really Coleman? Good way to loose thousands of customers no doubt.

A small part of the frame was dented after a dozen times of use over 2-years. The run around to try and get support is not worth it. They make you jump through hoops to get no response. Most likely to wear out down and just go buy another. The after sales support is horrible. Big company does not care about its consumers.

They have canceled 2 orders that we placed more than a week ago. We did not receive a call to explain why, and when I called there was no solid answer, but that they had a glitch in their system, because we used the coupons that they made available in their website.They are not able to honor the prices that we got when we placed the order or the delay. On top of that I did receive an email for a survey of the products that I never got. This is clearly one of the reasons why Amazon is going to take on you Coleman: Customer Care".BTW: If a company post coupons to be used on their website

Placed an order with them on May20th, and received an order confirmation. Didn’t receive anything re shipping but after 5 days I got an email asking to review my purchase/shopping experience (I gave 3 stars because I hadn’t received any updates). Checked my order on their website and it still said processing. I don’t mind waiting for stuff but asking me to review before they have even shipped my purchase was somewhat annoying. Checked my order on their website again today and it said cancelled. I called customer service to see what was going on and she told me they didn’t want to honour the promo code used because there was a site wide discount of 30% (so I saved an extra 18% on my order because of this site wide promo). I had ordered over $200 worth of stuff, and it took them over a week to just cancel my order and didn’t say a word to me about it. I get why they sent me the review link so early, because now that I’m really disappointed in their service I can’t change my review. Thanks Coleman...

Four days after making an online purchase using a valid code I noticed my order was cancelled by Coleman because an error occurred on their end. No email was sent regarding the cancellation. I called and talked to an associate who made it seem as if it was fixable problem then placed me on hold. Afterwards, they immediately transferred me to a different department to explain the situation. Didn’t even speak to anyone but was greeted by an answering machine telling me to leave my info for them to call me back. Didn’t even get a call back, just an email which didn’t even have an apology but stated their was an error on their end and contained an unimpressive promo code to be used.I rarely leave reviews unless they’re well deserved. I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service after years and years of supporting their products. I know there are many people who are probably never going to buy Coleman products now because of the bad taste left in their mouths and I am one of them.

Well, I’m not sure what happened to this company because it used to be the biggest name in camping supplies. Now look at the ratings. Purchased an air mattress new and it was deflated by morning. Can’t return to the store. They sent a cheque that bounced. Coleman didn’t have $80 in their account…. Called customer service and there is minimal comprehension of the English language. I’ve been hung up on twice while on hold. Will not be purchasing another Coleman product

Totally unsatisfactory experience with their low quality products. Their return policy is only 30 days and that is AFTER you have to request a return. They take 5-10 business days to approve the return, intentionally shrinking the return period. To top it off you have to pay for the return shipping. Avoid Coleman Canada completely.
