Las Tres Marias Mexican Food Truck

Absolutely delicious. Sad that I didn't stop by sooner because my gosh this place is to die for! Got the 1lb burrito with brisket and I am STUFFED! Owners of the food truck were amazingly friendly. Will go back forsure again and again. If you're driving through Hinton, look for this truck. It's big and yellow and you can't miss it on the side of the road you will not be disappointed. Portion - Money is extremely good especially for a food truck. Thank you so much that was amazing!

The owner Miguel is a kind and genuine soul. Great service and excellent food. Gave me some complimentary chips to snack on while I waited. I recommend the fish tacos! Will definitely be back.

Wow… this was possibly my worst food truck experience ever. To our (mistaken) delight, we found them serving food in Whistler campground. “Let’s grab a couple tacos!”So we ordered “Los tres Marias'… 3 tacos. That’s it. AN HOUR LATER, we gifted our yet to be gotten tacos to two park employees, letting them know when they called our name, they could have our order.There were MANY other people waiting and waiting for their food. We were chatting (waiting) with ‘Dan’, when they came out of the truck with an order walking towards him… they called a name that sounded like 'Jim’, so Dan asked 'Dan?'. They handed him the bag of food, he rode off on his bike, and fifteen minutes came back explaining it was the wrong order. Dan then began the long wait to get the order right, in the meantime, 20 minutes later, a guy named 'Mel' goes to the register asking why his food is taking nearly an hour, and the person in the truck points at Dan and says “He took it!” … trying to blame another customer!I eventually asked them why it was taking so long, and they had some weird excuse about cooking fish orders fresh. (???)As noted, we bailed, never got our food, and still baffled how it can take an hour to make 3 tacos.

We were recently in Hinton on vacations and we happen to find this amazing Mexican food truck, it's really one of the best Mexican food we've ever tried, the flavor is authentic and their customer service is excellent. Everything is made in the moment so you know everything you eat is 100% fresh.

Booked months in advance, the community was looking forward to them coming. Over 500 people arrived and guess what they no showed at the last minute. They missed out and all knew they no showed. How disappointing I guess they got a better offer, although they claimed vehicle issues. Don’t count on them

Great service and great food!! Really big portions; we had more than enough for leftovers.

Wish we could stay in Hinton longer, and eat here again. This place slings some seriously delicious grub.

I gotta be honest. They prepare the food quickly and the taste was amazing, if I have the opportunity to come back I'll enjoy one more time the tacos!

The only mexican joint in Hinton with a food truck, currently located in the Hinton Curling Club, this mom and pop operation dishes out burritos as big as your head, tacos piled high with joy, incredible fish tacos, plus a rotating selection of other gastro delights. Miguel and Carmina go above and beyond to get to know their customers, what they like, and treat you right.Without a doubt, the Marias are among the best of Hinton - if not northern Alberta as a whole!
