Mattino Developments

My experience since starting to shop for a my new home has been impressive. From the first visit to the final stages of the build have been great. The communication strategy keeps us informed at every step so we don't have to guess anything.The trades are very respectful of our new home and treat it as if it was theirs. The staff at Mattino Developments have all been welcoming and attentive to every question we have had. We have built with other builders before and I must say, Mattino Developments is very well organized and methodical in their approach, leaving nothing to chance.Once I moved in, all the small things that required attention were addressed in a timely manner, but what has impressed me the most is the polite, conscientious service I have received from both the office and tradespeople. I would not hesitate to recommend Mattino Developents to anyone.

Many people got scammed by this builder, back in 2018 reserved a condo, now 2021, Ottawa booming and prices went up by 40%, just announced that project is cancelled??? plans changed and building rental apartments???what about my time i waited for so long? i lost so many other opportunities and others too. Will be contacting lawyers and file complaints to city and Tarion.

Très beau projet

Mattino did not honor our purchase agreement and demanded an increase in price during construction. We did not agree to the price increase and so they forced us to resign the contract and they sold it to someone else at a higher price. Do not be misled by their seemingly low prices, they have loopholes in the contract to increase the price before closing and they will use them (especially during covid when construction costs are unpredictable).

Builder who does not care about the neighbourhood he is building in. Everything flying in the wind, never a single clean up and drains water in other people yards. Must reflect build quality also. Come see for your self the mess in projet klock. Stay away!!
