We went to Sumo Dino for the very first time and my kids had so much fun there today. The three ladies working there were so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning again and again!

This place is amazing. A claw machine place that actually wants you to win and has good quality plushes! Friendly staff to boot, well worth your time! For those 1 star reviews saying they place prizes in bad locations, that is absolutely a lie, staff came to help us and would move plushies into winnable spots. The people who complain go to machines that have already been won so many times that the staff hasn't had a chance to back to yet and make some prizes easy. Also, if you don't win by your third try just ask for help!! Note that if you compare the prices of plushies on something like Aliexpress you will actually save money here. Plushies shouldn't be $2, you get what you pay for.

If you happen to have time to kill in the quaint and classic Lansdowne Mall, why not check out Sumo Dino for some claw machine arcade action. This place has claw machines sporting stuffies that will appeal to the little and big humans. Sumo Dino does operate on a token system so make sure to ask one of the friendly staff how their token currency and prize exchange system work. You could find majority of prizes at local gift/speciality shops but the claw machine experience and game of chance is the real fun of this place.

Always a good time at Sumo Dino when winning. Rates are alright, you can trade in things you don't like for other prizes to redeem or save as points for next time to accumulate.

Really enjoyed it here. Fun games reasonable prices. Be sure to ask the staff to move the prize if there is something you want that isn't accessible (ie is stuck in the corner or is buried under others) and they are more than happy to assist. Got a really good haul. If you get a membership they will store your unused tokens and trade in points (every item has a trade in points value and you can save up and trade for bigger plushies.)

I really loved this place and I’m incredibly sad that I have to make this review, but I do not recommend spending your money at Sumo Dino. If you’ve ever been in before, it’s become VERY obvious once you go there now that they have removed claw grips and tweaked the machines to make it harder to win prizes. I would theorize they actually did this as a grand opening tactic in order to trick people into thinking the machines are easier than they are. Yet another entertainment spot that has been ruined by greed. Don’t even bother.

Used to be good a few weeks back when they first opened. The claws used to actually grab on but went yesterday and they definitely tuned the settings to be harder. No one won anything in the 30 min that I was there compared to 2 weeks ago where people actually won stuff regularly.I hope they revert to a more generous setting. Until then I recommend saving your money as it's not cheap to begin with.

My daughter and I had been having a bit of a rough day, so I took her out for a bit of fun at Sumo Dino Claw City. It was just what we needed to brighten our day!In the past we've found that it's usually quite difficult to win any prizes from claw machines; however, I had seen an Instagram reel by where the reviewer said that it wasn't that hard with these machines. She was right. My daughter ended up winning something on her very first try!I spent about $10 at Sumo Dino Claw City and my daughter walked away with two Demon Slayer items including a plush Nezuko. (Her favourite character from Demon Slayer) Could have actually saved myself $4 as she won her two prizes already after using only $6 worth of tokens.Service: GoodParking: Plentiful and freeLocation: #612 - 5300 No.3 Rd., Richmond (Inside Lansdowne Centre)

My kid had a blast and found the machines quite easy. He spent $50 and got 8 stuffies. The Pokémon is licensed and when he got home he looked up the MSRP and the total was around $160.PS - I had warned him he’ll probably lose his money and I really had to eat my words.

The place looks pretty awesome but it's quite pricey to play. We lost money faster than at the casino at 2 dollars a claw". Each machine I tried had a 10 second timer
