Horrible, humanizing experience for my loved one. People sleeping in chairs because they don't have space at their Spadina & College Emergency location. Staff yelling & getting mad at my family for asking basic questions. Strip searches, unnecessary restraints used repeated intakes/questionnaire because of lack of communication b't team member.They make people sicker! It's appalling what little they do given all the funding they receive.
