My PICC line was clogged because the nurse was too busy worrying about her lunch break and coffee order to pay attention to what she was doing. My specialist and doctors/nurses at the hospital told me this shouldn't have happened and a trained professional would have understood the importance of flushing a line after blood is drawn. I spent 2 days at the hospital for a mistake that shouldn't have happened. I missed 2 days of my treatment and had to be given other medications to reverse the damage caused. Very negligent. Also expect a 9pm the night before your Appt, because they have to change it... Even though you booked the Appt a week ago.

I would not even put one star up for this company. I have a friend that is a cancer patient and I've witnessed what she has gone through with this agency she has had many rude PSW_s that come in to her place complaining and in a loud voice telling her she should have afternoon visits, that they don't like coming out for night time visits. She originally set it up as night time shower visit because she already has an agency coming in between 5-6 p.m, but wasn't able to provide enough time for showers. The PSW's at this agency want to do as they please they rush peoples visits and show up hours before their scheduled time and they ended up coming the same time as her other agency., although its all down on her care plan and she has talked to the Supervisors over and over again. The PSW want to do as they please and will rush to get off early with no regard for the clients. They have come in complaining constantly about why don't you have a morning visit. They want to dictate to the clients how things should be done without caring about her medical issues. All she was requesting was 1 shower a week from them and it ended up being a drama every week. They seem to have no respect for the clients and no responsibility for their actions. They seem to blame the clients for everything if they don't like something forget what the client needs. Imagine making a fuss over coming 1 night a week after 7:30 p.m. to shower someone. Unbelievable... I've had this agency before and I can also contest as I've had the same problems as my friend..

Clients will die before they help you, not care for Patients. And only 1 nurse after yours. AFTER 5PM EVERYONE IS STILL HUMAN. THEY STILL NEED SERVICE

I was set up for help with a leg ulcer on the inside of my leg just above my ankle. I had been struggling with this for almost two years. The pain was nauseating sometimes, a 15 on the 1-10 scale. I had a rocky start, an allergic reaction to the first treatment and the alternative presented some painful effects with wound adherence. Layli, a very smart nurse, came to the rescue and used her expertise as a wound specialist. She treated the ulcer with a burn dressing that worked like a charm. All I could do is hug her the next visit and thank her profusely. These nurses are all awesome, kind, smart and compassionate. I started with Amanda who had to deal with me being very stressed and upset. I saw Mina this week and her kindness and humor as well as her care and advice to get off my feet more were heard and appreciated. We are very lucky to have this service in our health care. These nurses are working 12 hour shifts. Think of them during your Mother's Day as they do their job and care like every good mother. God Bless.Cindy Jarvis

I wanted to inform you of a news with all the people who have elderly people at home and who visit through the company called care parther. My mother was in the hospital nine months ago and we brought her home through this company. The nurse always told me to go to the hospital before anything happensLast week, I called at eleven o'clock at night and asked someone to come and take my mother's blood pressure and check her heart. They told me that everything is normal. Tomorrow, I will send an email to have someone come and check tomorrow. I called again in the morning and left a message. No one answered my phone at night. At half past eight, I called the nurse named Barbara and said that everything is normalFor the next appointment at 10 o'clock, my mother felt bad and I called the ambulance, and when I took her, she said that I called at 12 o'clock late at night. Barbara answered the phone. He told me very late, after a few days my mother died literallyDon't listen to the nurses, and if you take your mother or father to the hospital sooner, people who know nothing and only take money from the government should give a firm answer.

The palliative care team did an exceptional job providing home care for my dad during his last year with us. Everyone who came to our home was kind, professional, and understanding. The nurses went above and beyond, and we are so appreciative of all they did for us. Thank you!

My father has been a client of Paramed for the past two years and I can say that our experience has been a fantastic one. All PSWs are nice and caring to my dad at all times and some of them go beyond their duties. I read some people had bad experiences, but our have been fantastic. A big shout out to Leah and Cole who come often to look after my dad. Keep up the great work.

have to say the only thing saving paramed is their nurses.the office is always hit or miss on if you will get help, have a messaged passed or are given attitude.I've been on service for 3 yrs for multiple surgeries and have to say the last 2 yrs have gotten worse when calling in.today was no different. given attitude for calling to cancel after my regular nurse did not Show at her usual time. I was then given a lesson on ostomies which is funny since I'm the one with one for 10yrs think I know how it works and that they r not time specific.um that's right they r not but when a client is not called to say they regular nurse is not coming and they have gotten ready for them and it caused a leak then yes it is.patients r not mind readers we don't know when our nurses have called in and if we don't get a calls saying any different then really the issue is not the client's.also if the office would stop putting patients on nurses list in the middle of the night then those nurses could call the night before like they use to. but instead they get last minute adds so they can't do that....as for the few in the office who do help its a big thank you
