What’s happened with pharmacy? Before Shoppers was taken over, my prescriptions were ready in no time. Now, when I go to pick them up, there’s a line up almost out the door and customers are all complaining about their prescriptions. One of my prescriptions is refrigerated. I request it 2-3 days prior and it ends up ready for pick up the day I need to inject myself. My husband and I have been dealing with Shoppers for years and we have two different plans. I usually don’t have to pay for meds but each time I pick up and see that there is a charge, I ask them to check to see if both plans have been applied and then they make the correction. Why is this happening each time I request and pick up my meds?

I went in to do some perfume shopping the lady working wouldn’t even look at me or anything. She was very stuck up and acting like she was to good for me. She needs an attitude adjustment .

I went to take prescriptions medicine they said they just got it and it gonna take one hour to do entry in their system so u can come after hour i went after 6 hours they said they still have to do entry before to give me and day after today i went to take my medicine two time they are having same answer, its pending to do entry in our system and having same dialogue Can you please come after 45 mins or hour. Pharmacy department is having zero customer service. Lazy staff. Even i dont want to give them a star also

I had to get my dr to send my prescription twice because they claimed they never received it after talking with 3 different pharmacists it was revealed they didnt check their fax machine once. Later I went there to pick up my medication after I had dropped it off a full 36 hours prior. The medication was still not ready when I went in the next day. If you have any other option other than this pharmacy I would highly reccomend it.

Very disappointed in this Shoppers.Was there to buy eye lashes and the lady kicked me out totally embarrassed me in the biggest way ever.Never stole from Shoppers in my life.When I asked to see the picture she said was me she wouldn't even show me.Deformation of my character When I asked to talk to a manager I never had the chance to do soI definitely won't recommend anybody coming here the lady that works in cosmetology is very rude and kept staring at me acting as if I was stealing when I never ever have and if that wasn't enough she made like 3 other staff members point me out and they all said I was banned from shopping there making a big sceneI cannot believe this BS. Talk About Racist. I never use that as an excuse but I totally felt like it was the case. Funny how they never say anything when I'm with my boyfriend (who's white) but when I'm alone not at all looking my normal self they claim me as A thief because I was the only Native person inside the store at the time. Very Rude and Unpleasant experience for me.Wont EVER BE GOING BACK THERE ANYMORE!!!

An amazing experience today. My wife and I drove 1.5 hours here for a day of errands and when we got to Regina I realized I had forgotten my insulin and test kit. The pharmacist George F did not hesitate to look up my Moose Jaw prescriptions and provide me right away with a vial of insulin, syringes, and test strips so we did not have to return home. I so appreciate the kind service.

Would give zero if I could. DO NOT use their pharmacy. I've been unable to get through to them over the phone for days. They will put you on hold for 30 minutes+ and completely ignore you. I even had them pick up and hang up before. WORST PHARMACY. Not to mention waiting 30-45 minutes in line IN STORE because of how slow they are.

Worst pharmacy in town. They take 3 days to fill a prescription then when you go in to pick it up they make you wait another 10 minutes to get it. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize they don't actually do work here.Go to a Walmart pharmacy, prescription get done within an hour or two.

Very arrogant. I tried to ask for medication to help my son with his chest congestion the person whom I talked to is not really helping to the point that he made me feel stupid. I explain the situation and he’s saying that well make him drink lots of fluid I said yes I am doing that and he said their is no magical medicine that will help your son. I am not looking for a magical potion I just need to know if they have in stock of the specific medicine that I need to help my son feel better! Learn some customer service and if you don’t have the product they say it nicely!!!
