I went to the bathroom and was no toilet paper so I had to use a tennis ball and when I went went to by the tennis ball they suggest me to atculy buy a racket and they offered to clean it off. I said no because I wanted to remember this

I would like to start off by saying, in the past I have been fired from retail for my poor CS skills. This store staff makes me look exceptional. From management to sales associates.They do not listen when you tell them what size of item you request. They make false promises. Sales associates talk like they are supervisors. Management doesn't even want to hear yourside of your experience, they would much rather explain your experience to you. Quite honestly if I didnt have to keep going back to fix mistak after mistake I would never step foot in That store for as long as I live.

Always a positive experience here staff is always there to help, and great deals!! I want to give it a 4/5 because they didnt have what I needed, but football/rugby cleats are hard to find, apparently

Friendly staff and pretty good selection. I would like to see more in the way of selection of Nike product and better follow up on repairs under warranty, which was painful, but I will shop there again for sure.

I do like this store. Clean layout, nice and spacious, friendly staff. But you will be hard pressed to find your size. They do not seem to re-stock their items often and small-medium sizes disappear. This goes for everything, tops, pants, swimsuits. If they don't have your size, you're out of luck.

Excellent customer service. We went to look for ski equipment, ski jacket and winter jacket. We met with the excellent and competent staff who understands what customers look for.
